You are a short drive to downtown and the beaches. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

This modern coastal condo provides a perfect vacation home to enjoy the outdoors.

The indoor living room and dining area are the cozy side of the indoor/outdoor space. Enjoy a large streaming TV from the couch or dining table. The kitchen has all a cook needs to prepare a perfect meal.

The lower outdoor patio boasts a large dining table with comfortable seagrass chairs, full patio seating, a hammock and has a gas grill, so you can easily cook your favorite meals outside and enjoy them in the fresh air. Don't forget to get in a game of cornhole on the patio before dinner.

The rooftop deck is the star of the show with expansive ocean views. Enjoy a meal under the umbrella or lay out on the loungers for some extra sun.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master bedroom features a cal-king sized bed and a desk for working. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with twin bed above and books and toys to keep the little ones entertained. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower will keep everyone clean.

True indoor/outdoor living that is clean and yet cozy. The best of both worlds, you can relax in the comfort and warmth of this home and still be close to all that San Clemente has to offer.

Access:
You will have one garage space and one space in the driveway, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot to park. Plus, there’s plenty of beach gear ready for you, like beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, toys, and boogie boards. You’ll find these in the garage. And if you want to get around on two wheels, you’re in luck. We have two bikes that you can use!

Please note the driveway can fit a large SUV, but anything larger would need to use the street parking available for free.
