We want to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Guests of Majestica can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends and family.

Other things to note
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood, charcoal, and Pack n' Play linens.
-Quiet hours 10pm-8am. HOA noise ordinance strictly enforced.
- Please note that the fireplace in the main level Living room & Dining room is not safe for guests to use.
