Perfect layout, perfect home. A low battery alarm went off on the keypad to the door and someone came out asap to fix it. Wonderful customer service!

The property was advertised. Plenty of room. Golf cart was nice to have. Neighborhood and the gathering place we're well maintained. Owner had extra beach items in the garage.

Great house, great area!

We loved staying in this spacious home in Naturewalk. The pool was amazing and getting to use the golf cart to go to and from the beach was an added bonus we didn't know we would love as much as we did. The home was clean, spacious, and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Perfect is Right

We had a fabulous stay it Perfect Pitch for Fall Break. The house was wonderful with an amazing front porch to relax and enjoy the nice breeze. Loved how the house came with all the little necessities like laundry pods and dishwasher pods to keep from having to buy those. Very clean and comfortable! We will be back.

We had to call maintenance on our first day for the toilet running and the garbage disposal not working. The air up top went out for Bobby two hours. We had to call the air-conditioning man to come and fix that. There were no dish rags in the kitchen at all anywhere you look there is no Dish racks the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly and the dishes that were already in the cabinets when we got there were dirty so they had to be washed. There is an abundance amount of dust on top of the refrigerator. The outside furniture was a hot mess. It was dirty. It was nasty and it looked filthy. Did not even wanna sit there. We had steaks for dinner. One night had to go by nice because the knifes there would not even cut butter the overall experience was very unpleasant.

Awesome

Our stay at "Perfect Pitch" was absolutely delightful! Nestled in the serene NatureWalk community, this home offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The four spacious bedrooms accommodated our group of 10 comfortably, and the well-appointed kitchen was a dream for meal preparation. We loved the screened-in porch and outdoor grill, perfect for relaxing evenings. The community amenities, including heated pools and nature trails, were a big hit with our family. The location is ideal, just a short bike ride to the stunning Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful and enjoyable beach vacation!

Very outdated and poor condition home

This is our fourth year staying in Naturewalk. We love the neighborhood but this by far is the worat condition home we have stayed in there. When we got to home code didn’t work to get in. Had to sit and wait 45 min to get a new code to get in. Trash was all over trash cans outside garage. Garage and gold cart fight w trash and sand. Home was 85 degrees hot and smelled like animals and musky. Stains on rugs, walls all marked up, cracked tile, chipped wood, exterior warping. Toilet paper holders off wall, plastic cups cracked, shower splash broke, remotes not working, master fan not working, one of bikes chain broke and flat and lock broken, golf cart hard to drive, battery notification didn’t work so no idea how much battery life left. Bunk beds are short and hard as a board. I could go on and on. We immediately notified management company about condition of home. They got us a new code to get in home. Send someone the next day to sweep garage and fix toilet paper holders and a few things. The management company was fast to reply but the house is just in poor condition. The good- master bed is comfortable. For what they ask for per night no where near worth it!! I’ll go back to same community but never this house!!
