BY BOOKING THIS UNIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. NO SMOKING in or ON the property at all.
2. IF YOU ARE NEW TO VRBO AND HAVE NO REVIEWS WE WILL ASK TO VERIFY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM YOUR STAY!
3. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY REASON ALLOWED AT ALL!!
4. THE HOME CAN ONLY BE USED BY REGISTERED GUESTS. CANNOT BE USED AS A STAGING OR PREP SPACE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES
5. We have one actively recording camera overlooking the front portch entry and parking area which records video and audio.
7. NO MORE THAT 6 GUESTS
8. NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL with the eception of qualified service animals but NO ESA animals. If you do have a qualified serivce animal please advise of the following when requesting to book.

You must provide proof of compliance with local vaccination requirements for the service animal.
Service animals are not allowed on furniture and fees will be charged if allowed.
Service animals must be under the handler's control (leashed, harnessed, or tethered) and cannot be left unattended at the property.
Damages: the guest is liable for any actual damages caused by the service animal to the property, including furniture, carpeting, or landscaping.
