Welcome to your own private oasis! Our charming beach cottage offers you the entire space, including the yard with no shared walls, giving you complete privacy to enjoy your vacation in peace. Step out onto the spacious patio area, perfect for soaking up the Californian sunshine. Lounge on the comfortable outdoor furniture, swing in the hammock, cozy up around the gas firepit and enjoy the hot tub after a beach day! And when you`re ready to grill up some delicious food, the BBQ is ready for action!

The bright and airy living room and kitchen w/ breakfast bar are perfect for relaxing and chilling out. Sleep like royalty on the high-end `Purple` mattress and queen size sofa couch. Beach chairs and surfboard included.

And the best part? You`re just a short walk away from all the trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and gyms that this vibrant community has to offer. And if you`re craving some sand and surf, the beach and bay are less than a mile away.

Pacific Beach is a vibrant neighborhood in San Diego known for its wide sandy beaches, lively atmosphere, and diverse dining and shopping options. The area is popular among tourists and locals alike, and is known for its lively nightlife and beach culture. Guests staying here will have easy access to the beach, as well as a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. They can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and biking. Overall, Pacific Beach offers a fun and lively atmosphere, making it a great destination for those looking to experience all that San Diego has to offer.

You have parking directly in front of the home on the left side of the driveway only. The parking space on the right belongs to the neighbor. Large vehicles can fit just fine.

House inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry detergent

Lost & Found / Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Guests will be responsible for shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and time. $25 fee plus shipping fees.
Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, and any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.

If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.

PET RULES:
1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control.
2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s).
3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s)
4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s).
5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old.
7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding.
9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet!
10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose.
11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine.
13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!
