This spacious three-story cabin at Deer Water Lake features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, accommodating up to 12 guests. Enjoy amenities like a hot tub, Wi-Fi, gas and charcoal grills, a fire pit, and two docks with canoes for fishing and swimming.

The first floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a large flat-screen TV, private porch access, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The main floor boasts a grand living room with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and more. The adjoining dining area offers scenic views of the lake.

The second floor features two bedrooms: one with two queen beds and another with four full-sized bunk beds, both with private closets. The lower level includes a game room, laundry room, and another king bedroom with a shared bathroom.

The cabin was so great! The kids loved swimming in the lake. It is such a peaceful relaxing location. We would definitely stay here again!

Deer water cabin

Cabin is nice . It was clean , location is good . Oitside furniture and deck could use updating . We had a great time at the cabin.

Very pleased with the location. Perfect for a large group of people. Was a little disappointed we were not allowed to use the fireplace.

I believe the pictures must have been taken when the place was new. The coffee table had been broken and poorly glued back together. If you are going to have so many decorations make sure you are wanting to dust them. The stools at the bar are very wobbly. There are only about 6 forks and they are toddler size. The refrigerator ice/water dispenser was broken and the sign on the refrigerator was written on a napkin. The screened in porch has not been taken care of in a long time. We did have lots of clean towels and the sheets were clean and no bugs! No fault of the cabin owner, but the lake is pretty nasty.

We take property upkeep seriously and have already taken care of the items you mentioned: Furniture & Kitchen: The coffee table has been completely replaced, the barstools have been tightened and secured, and a full set of regular-sized silverware has been added to the kitchen. The Lake: Being a natural, wooded body of water, water clarity can vary with the seasons, but the lake is actively maintained and swam in regularly by our guests and private residents. Thank you again for the helpful notes as we keep the cabin updated and comfortable for future stays.

Great sized A Frame near activities

We had 6 adult kids and us. It was easy to get to the zipline, Jeep tour & restaurants. Shared spaces were roomy. Lay out of house was good. Noise carries on the hardwood floors. Bring all of your towels, toiletries and those things. Not a lot of extra items-strainer, paper towels, etc. Was a great cabin for our stay.

Filthy

The house was absolutely filthy. I called when we arrived and to their credit the property manager sent a lady out to clean. She could not clean the whole house through jo fault of her own. Even the utensils in the kitchen were disgusting. Was a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness. They also refunded our cleaning fee.

As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we acted immediately by sending our housekeeping staff to address the situation. While our team did their best to resolve the cleanliness concerns as quickly as possible, we sincerely regret that it fell short of your expectations. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this caused, especially with the condition of the kitchen utensils and the overall cleanliness of the house. This does not meet our standard, and we are taking steps to ensure such miscommunications do not happen in the future.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was exactly as pictured with lots of space and light.We were frustrated with the check in process as we had to stop at a separate location to get the code instead of having it emailed or texted to us. As the group was not all together and the service was spotty it made it difficult for everyone to get the information.We were disappointed to find out that the fireplace was not for guests. Likewise there were glasses in the cupboard that were broken and when we pulled out the cutting board it had food particles on it.The beds however were very comfy, the hot tub was enjoyable and the lake was beautiful. Overall we all had a lovely time and would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the screened in porch and fire pit.Thank you!

Just a few recommendations.

Need to provide more towels. You have one towel per guest, yet you have a hot tub. If you shower you need a towel and if you get in hot tub you need a towel. Two towels per guest recommended. Basement concern of only one entry. This could be a fire hazard. Last recombination is for guest to not clean the house before you leave. My experience has always been to have towels together and dishes in dishwasher running. We had to clean floors, take out garbage and have dishes washed and put up. I think tjis is too much.
