Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. I’d like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The listing description clearly notes that the home has a separate, attached studio with its own private entrance that is locked off from the main house. When I do stay there occasionally, there is no interaction with guests, and during this reservation I was not present except briefly overnight. The home itself is less than two years old and is equipped with modern finishes, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a custom wood island. The backyard features a stone patio installed last summer; the lawn experienced some winter wear and is expected to fully rebound in the spring. I appreciate the comment regarding coffee amenities and will be adding ground coffee, sugar, and creamers for guests beginning in March. I value guest feedback and continuously work to improve the experience for everyone who stays here.
