The cabin was immaculate, comfortable, with well-thought out amenities and tasteful simple decor. We enjoyed the fire pit and Adirondack chairs, the huge yard, the view from the deck, the front porch swing and the nice view from the family room. Not too far for hiking at Laurel Springs and Ohiopyle State Parks. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great weekend stay at the cabin. The AC units kept everyone comfortable on the hot July days. The cabin is very clean and larger than it appears in the photos. It is conveniently located near the attractions (Fallingwater and Ohiopyle State Park) that we wanted to visit. We would rent it again... and have already recommended it to our friends with dogs.

Truly a cozy cabin!

Cabin is much more spacious than it seemed online. Nice, open space with a great kitchen and living area. Room for a small table and chairs if you wanted extra seating to eat. Back deck is the width of the cabin with a grill and plenty of firewood for the outside fire pit.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

Cabin has everything you need for a family stay. Modern kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook with. Great beds and furniture. There is a nice deck out back with a grill and lots of room for kids to run around. We would definitely stay here again.

Laurel Highlands

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin in the Laurel Highlands. Cabin was well appointed and there were no surprises. Close to Seven Springs, Falling Water, Ohiopyle, and lots of hiking. The huge back yard was great for our dogs. All in all, we had a great couple of days and would stay again if we go back to that area.

Awesome stay !

Will definitely be returning. Cabin was wonderful !! Owners are great !! Dog friendly and extremely accommodating. If you bring your dog - please pick up after it, the owners shouldn’t have to clean up after your dog. Perfect stay for a long weekend of skiing. Short drive to both seven springs and hidden valley. Fireplace is perfect for relaxing and having a cocktail after a day of a few falls down the mountain. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Relax!

Wanted a relaxing long weekend away, the cabin is perfect! Really easy in and out and super close to the slopes. My dogs came along and there was plenty of room for them to run around. The accommodations are really nice, well equiped, and basically brand new! The owners are great and super helpful. Loved staying and plan to return!

I wanted a long weekend awat for family and friends. The cabin is immaculate! It is very clean and well equiped, everything I needed for a great stay. The cabin is just as described: warm and at great location. We were just 15 minutes away from the ski resorts, and the kids loved being able to enjoy the morning without rushing before hitting the slopes. The cabin has all the amenities you may need: fast internet, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, outdoor grill, fire pit with plenty of wood, and a huge backyard for your four legged friend. Stephanie timely answered all our questions and shared lots of information about local dinners, markets and tips to enjoy the area. If you like sky gazing, the back porch is very convenient, far from city lights. We haven’t seen so many stars in a long time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Handsome cabin with great amenities

Very “handsome” and clean and well-stocked cabin. Could smell the wood (good smell). Very quiet as neighbors not real close and kept to themselves. Houses up&down Back Creek Road with wooded property. Fairly close to country road so there is traffic during day. Mountain traffic not city. Very nice kitchen & Bathroom & Living Room. All well stocked with kitchen needs & loads of towels & few nicer amenities that made stay more pleasant. Main bedroom has 2 beds and dresser & end table & decent sized closet. Lots of pillows. Nice clean bedding but no extra sheets if stay longer. Plenty warm enough. Has 2 window A/C units. Owners stocked fireplace with wood & set it up for me but as I’ve never set a fire and I was gone most of time until late I did not use. 2 TVs (living area & main bedroom) with loads of choices —worked well. WiFi good too. Great large deck with table & chairs & extra chairs & umbrella & grill along with fire pit & Adirondack’s. Huge “yard” property. Wasn’t sure of property lines though. (Know neighbors of rentals can get upset)Please pick up after dogs for the next renters and keep noise down for permanent homeowners so as not to cause headaches for owner of this rental. I appreciated not having lots of dead animals hanging around and axes etc nailed to the walls. I’ve seen many cabins—I guess it speaks to avid hunters but not everybody. 2 items I suggested were a window covering to use in living area and lighting outside on opposite side. Thanks!
