Seven Springs Cabin - Bear Claw Chalet - Authentic, Pet Friendly Log Cabin

Hi Meagan, Thank you for your recent visit and review. We enjoyed hosting you and your family as well as being able to accommodate your family to join you last minute during your stay. We apologize that there was confusion about the bird feeder. We do not stock the bird feeder with seed as it can attract unwanted animals to the property that may pose a safety issue for our guests. During your visit, our picnic tables were being refinished for the summer season after a long period of rain. We would have been more than happy to bring it back up had we known you were going to use it even though it was raining most of the time during your stay. We would like to clarify that the bed in the master bedroom is in fact a standard queen (60"x80"), not a full-sized bed as you had indicated in your review of the property. We did find that a member of your group must have unplugged the wifi booster/repeater in your cabin during your stay which would explain your spotty internet service during your visit. We do check to make sure each guest has a full wifi signal prior to arrival. We just wanted to point these things out to you and to also let future guests know that the bed description was inaccurate so there is no confusion between our description and the amenities provided. Thanks again for your visit and for leaving the cabin clean and as nice as you found it. Dave and Julie Claycomb Chalets
