Come enjoy the beach at Frt Morgan. Calming ocean view from the 2nd story balcony. A comfortable 2bdr/2bth condo with a full eat in kitchen including a washer and dryer for your convenience. All of your linens are supplied. Just bring your bathing suit and a Smile! You can walk to the beach. A spacious living area with TV, VCR, DVD and wireless internet. Master Bdr has a king size bed, TV and a private bathroom. Second Bdr has a queen size bed ,TV and bathroom. Swimming pool and hot tub. Charcoal grill on site so you can always cook what you catch! Just moments away from Gulf Shores and all the attractions. Amusement parks, go-carts,putt-putt and the zoo! Plenty of restaurants and shopping for the adults. A wonderful family vacation for all to enjoy. There is a parking fee of $40.00 when you arrive at the condo. There is a security guard office inside pool area beside the gym. He will take the fee and provide your parking pass for your stay.

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 months. It was perfect for our needs. The condo was spacious and the owner mostly responded promptly. The beach was within walking distance and it was nice to have a little fitness center to workout. Most days there were hardly anyone around, and this was nice. The only negative was the drive into town was 20 miles.

The rooms were very clean and adequate. I do think better mattresses are needed and the sheets had pilled fabric from so much use but otherwise everything was great.

Very nice place

This condo was as described and the pictures on the website were exactly how it looked. It was clean, smelled fresh, plenty of towels, good mattresses, kinda needs new pillows and also new sheets and pillow cases, but thats no big deal. The kitchen had plenty of excellent cookware and plenty of bowls, plates, cups and glasses. I didn't need WiFi so i dont know about it and we didnt watch TV so i cant speak about that. The coffee maker was the pod type, (Cuisinart), very nice one. We use regular ground coffe at home with a drip type pot, but I had no issue using instant coffee there. The refrigerator works great and was spotless and the washer and dryer are the traditional type with top load washer and front load dryer, they both worked very well. There were a few burned out bulbs which is always the case with beach rentals and the living area ceiling fan didn't work well, but the air conditioner worked wonderfully and we didn't need the ceiling fan. The handle on the living room sliding door was broken and would fall out in the floor inside the room if anyone pushed it from outside on the balcony. It didnt do any good to slide the lock down because it could be pushed in from outside, but we weren't afraid because it is the second floor up so nobody can hop up there. If you've been to the beach you know that salty air makes things rust and break much quicker. I did let Jennifer know. This place is amazing, I have no complaints. Jennifer was wonderful to do business with!

Great

This was a great vacation. We recommend this condo. Price was good and communication was great. Place was clean. Great location. Close to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded either which is a huge plus.

Our stay at Fort Morgan

It was a great vacation. I had asked the host where the beach access was prior to the trip and they never got back to me. Also we had to wait an hour to check in bc when we tried to walk into the condo there was someone cleaning last minute. We came back and the house was very clean. I would go grocery shopping before u drive 30 minutes from a store to the condo. The trip was great I wish we knew about the closer walking distance beach access bc we drove to a beach access everyday except the last one, I was sad about that. But the trip was amazing the water is nice there’s seaweed rn tho. The last thing I will say is in the pictures there’s not a house being built so u see more of the water from the balcony in the pictures but to the right of the great house everything is covered from view. A few days we were there we woke up to Loud sounds of building a house and I completely understand but we came to have a vacation relax not be woken up multiple days and we couldn’t relax bc it went on all day these loud sounds and it was right next to the pool too so the last few days were kind of unenjoyable. But other than that it was great very quiet peaceful town. I made sure to try my best to make it easier on the cleaner I pulled the sheets. Did the dishes. Started washing everything, washed all the towels and started on the bed sheets so I hope that made it easier! Thank you I’ve never been to Fort Morgan it was an interesting stay.

Short walk to beach. Not touristy yet so not too many people. Property was clean and easy to find. Cute bar/restaurant across the street to watch sunset. Sunrise visable from beach.

Perfect Getaway!

Well-maintained property, easy access to the beach, friendly atmosphere, condo was nice and spacious. The balcony was my favorite spot for morning coffee and collecting thoughts. Perfect for those who want to relax and have the beach to themselves.

Nice location

Furnishings need replaced in the living area. Beds are at then end of life, everything else was good. The elevator was a under repair and shut off for a day but we were only on the second floor so it was ok

Great spot for family stay

My family of 2 adults and our 3 teenage kids enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in this general area before and know we prefer the quieter Fort Morgan area to Gulf Shores itself. This condo fit the 5 of us just fine using the sleeper sofa. The property was clean and nicely appointed. The balcony is quite roomy and we enjoyed our time out there. Beach was an easy walk and lovely.This is in no way a knock on the property but a note to future renters that there were no kitchen basics in the kitchen - no salt, pepper, basic seasonings. I cook a lot when traveling and in my experience most VRBOs have some very basic leftover items in the kitchen, but this one did not. I did not think to include salt and pepper in my grocery pickup order in Gulf Shores, so just a note for anyone headed there who plans to cook. Again, not a negative to the host, this certainly isn't a requirement and it wasn't like something promised was missing. It's just something I have not run into before.My only other point of feedback, and this is general to the overall property, not the unit, is that the pool and hot tub area are in need of some cleaning and upkeep. They are serviceable but need some love.Overall I felt this was a great value, the host was prompt and helpful in correspondence, and I would be happy to stay there again.

Very nice condo!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We had a few good restaurant choices really close, a grocery store with in 20 miles and just a short drive to reach any activities or other restaurants we wanted to go to. I loved the peace and quiet and the next to no traffic. The only little issue we had was finding the access path to the beach, but once we asked another guest that was quickly solved. The beach was nice and not overcrowded. All in all we loved our stay and will be back!

Beautiful weather

If you like quiet it's place to stay very nice pool close to the beach mile and a half from the ferry to Dauphin Island Gulf Shores is 20 miles away March and April not too many people.
