Welcome to the Blue Oak Villa - our exquisite, luxury 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath estate promises an unforgettable escape for up to 16 guests! Our sprawling 4 acre retreat features jaw-dropping views of Lodi's famous wine country. Whether you are here to relax by the pool, hot tub and fire pit with a glass of local wine or want to challenge your friends to games of pickleball, bocce ball, and billiards, Blue Oak Villa has it all!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each of our five bedrooms is adorned with premium mattresses that provide the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility to ensure a restorative night's rest after a day of wine tasting or adventure. There are four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.

1. Master Suite includes two Queen Beds, an en suite bathroom with a standing shower, bath tub, vanity, and two walk in closets. This room also has a flat screen TV.
2. Guest room with one queen bed.
3. Guest room with one queen bed.
4. Guest room with three twin trundle beds (six twin mattresses).
5. Guest room with one queen bed. This is the one bedroom that is downstairs.

The home has four full bathrooms (master suite, upstairs hallway, downstairs near living room, garage game room) and one half bathroom (downstairs laundry room).

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped with everything you need to create gourmet meals. A brand new range and oven await your culinary masterpieces. Whip up a feast for your loved ones, or hire a private chef to craft an unforgettable dining experience.

We have two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a wine fridge to ensure there is ample room to store food and drinks for your group.

The kitchen also has a coffee bar that includes a coffee maker, French press, hot water kettle, and some ground coffee.

TWO LIVING ROOMS:
Our main living room is located right off the kitchen and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while watching your favorite TV show. The second living room is our insulated garage that was turned into an entertainment room. This room is equipped with a very large TV to stream all your favorite sports games, a pool table, Connect 4 and even a full bathroom.

PICKLEBALL:
One of the standout features of Blue Oak Villa is the official-sized pickleball court, where you can partake in thrilling matches with friends and family. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our court is the ideal setting to practice your serves, volleys, and smashes.

POOL AND HOT TUB:
Take a dip in our sparkling pool, featuring a sun shelf for basking in the sun, or unwind in the hot tub under the open skies. Our pool is solar-heated from April through October and the pool temperature will vary based on the time of the year. Surrounded by breathtaking vineyard views, this private oasis is a true escape from the everyday.

Please note that due to it's shape, the pool does NOT have a cover. However, the pool and hot tub area has a child safety fence. Children should be watched by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool / hot tub area.

OTHER OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
After a game of pickleball, challenge your crew to a game of bocce ball before cooking up a meal in our outdoor BBQ / kitchen area. As the day turns to night, gather around the firepit for a cozy evening, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

Guests have access to the entire 4 acre property.

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Once you book through Airbnb, please send us your email address so we can send you our Vacation Rental Agreement. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Vacation Rental Agreement is signed.

WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
If you are interested in special events or commercial photography and videography at the property, please send us a message prior to booking as these will need to be pre-authorized. We get a lot of inquires for weddings and special events. We can accommodate up to 50 people in our space and there will be a $2500 event fee.

CHECK-IN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to provide a selfie holding a valid ID and the credit card used for booking. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the name on the credit card. For your privacy, you are welcome to black out sensitive information such as your driver's license number or other personal details—we only require the name and photo on the ID.


EARLY CHECK IN:
If you'd like to request an early check in, please message us no earlier than 24 hours before your check IN date. If we have availability, we may be able to accommodate an early check IN of 12pm for an additional $150.

LATE CHECK OUT:
If you'd like to request a late check out, please message us no earlier than 24 hours before your check OUT date. If we have availability, we may be able to accommodate a late check OUT of 3pm for an additional $150.

CAMERAS:
We have three EXTERNAL cameras to ensure our guests are safe during their stay. These cameras DO NOT face inside the home and there are NO INTERNAL CAMERAS.
HOUSE RULES:

- NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITES: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc.) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited,

- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Up to 16 guests are allowed to stay at the property. If you have more than 16 guests, let us know prior to check in. All guests must be on the reservation.

- MUSIC AND QUIET HOURS: You may play music outdoors but it should not be amplified. Quiet hours starts at 10pm, So please turn off all outdoor music by 10pm.

- FURNITURE: Please try not to move furniture around as this can damage the floors and furniture pieces. If something must be moved please return it back to its original position before checkout.

- Primary guest should be 25 years old and above

Failure to observe House Rules will results in a minimum $500 fine.

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.

Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.
