The Lake: The Great Sacandaga Lake is considered to be "The Adirondack's Best Kept Secret". The lake is 42 square miles, 29 miles long and 5 miles wide. It has an average depth of 40 feet with a maximum depth of 90 feet, and offers some of the BEST fishing in the Adirondacks. The lake is known for very large northern pike, brown trout, largemouth bass and smallmouth bass. There is a public boat launch 1/2 mile away at Twisted T's Restaurant.

THE HOUSE
Primary Bedroom: King Size Bed (Firm) tucked away in the rear of the home, so it's quiet. Primary boasts a walk-in closet, electric fireplace, en suite bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub, oversized shower with two shower heads, smart TV and dresser

Red Bedroom: Queen sized bed, with queen sized sleep sofa, smart TV, wood burning stove and dresser

Green Room: Queen sized bed, with smart TV and dresser

Bunk Room: Two sets of bunk beds (3 twin beds and 1 full sized bed), desk and dresser

Loft: a cozy nook to hang out, read a book, meditate. Twin size sleep sofa

Kitchen: Keurig Coffee Maker with Frother, Dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave, Dishware & Silverware for 12, Ice Maker, Refrigerator (2), Wall Ovens (2), Gas Stove Top, Pots & Pans, Crock Pot, Waffle Iron, Spices, Blender and cooking basics

Parking & Access: Gravel Driveway with garage parking for one car and additional parking for 4 cars.
Be aware, the Driveway is very steep. There is a full flight of stairs required to access the home. If that will present a problem for you, you may want to rent elsewhere. The garage does have an EV Charger. Arrangements can be made ahead of time for use.
For safety there are several outdoor cameras monitoring the property. There are no cameras inside of the house.
