Relax and unwind in this laid-back home adjacent to a tranquil park in an established neighborhood, just two blocks from the eateries, bars and shops of vibrant East Atlanta Village. The space includes a private bedroom with two twin beds (plus a full size air mattress, if needed), private bathroom, private kitchen & dining room, and a shared screened-in front porch.
The owner lives on the other (enclosed) side of the house (a triplex) and will be happy to respond to your needs and questions. * The private spaces you'll enjoy include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, all accessed through a private entry off the front porch. The front porch area is shared with the owner (me), mainly as I come and go, entering my side of the house through a separate door. * East Atlanta Village is a short, 3-block walk away and offers an eclectic array of restaurants, bars and shops, including Holy Taco, Midway Pub, Argosy, The Earl (food & live music), The Flatiron, Emerald City Bagel, Joe's Coffee, Plants + Coffee, and Southern Feed Store. * Downtown (and Mercedes Benz stadium for the World Cup!) are 5 miles or a 10-minute car ride away. MARTA bus stops are 4 blocks from the house, on Glenwood Avenue. Rideshare drivers arrive swiftly. * The house is adjacent to the south end of Brownwood Park, a serene forested space to take a stroll, hear some bird song, including the occasional hoot of an owl.
