The condo is spacious and bright, with large windows, a lush tropical garden, and a patio overlooking the golf course. The condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and secadora.La living room, and the kitchen and dining area are located side by side in one large open space. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and opens onto a shaded patio with a table and chairs, as well as a lawn area overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large-screen TV, and a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. The bedroom’s sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio with a lounge chair. The second bedroom has two double beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer; the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and appliances, including a dishwasher. There is exclusive covered parking for one car. Guests have access to the entire condo and all the amenities of Los Sueños Resort, including access to Playa Herradura, as well as the Beach Club with an outdoor bar/lounge, an outdoor restaurant, and a large pool with a swim-up bar. Within Los Sueños Resort, you’ll also find Marina Village, featuring shops and three additional restaurants. The four restaurants at Los Sueños offer meal delivery to the condo if you prefer to dine there. Automercado, a large supermarket, is located very close to the resort. Rent a yacht at the marina to go sport fishing or take boating or sailing lessons. Within Marina Village, you can also sign up for a wide variety of excursions, water sports, sightseeing tours, nature tours, and more through the Stay in Costa Rica office. In addition to the beach club pool, there are two pools with barbecue areas (one family-friendly and one adults-only), as well as a gym just a few meters from the condo. Finally, the Marriott hotel is also located across from Colina Condos, offering even more restaurants to choose from, as well as a spa and a golf course. The spa offers massages, facials, and yoga, and you can also request in-room massages or treatments.
