Our home is adorned with a modern beach style that brings tranquility . We provide 4 spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests in total.

To enhance your experience, we offer a range of additional services such as boat tours, massages, a private chef, and convenient grocery delivery. So you can relax and wholeheartedly enjoy everything that Exuma Island has to offer!

The beach is totally private.

If you’d like to arrive a bit earlier, we’re happy to offer early check-in (based on availability) for a $40 fee. Please feel free to reach out the day before to confirm availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The house is just as the posted pictures. It is clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The beach and water are just steps from the house. Conveniently located near the main area of Georgetown where many restaurants and stores are. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Overall we had a great stay! A few minor blips that occur no matter where you stay and were remedied quickly. Communication with the host went well and we used a few of his recommendations for booking. Loved the sea turtle and starfish on our private beach. Would stay here again. Only recommendation- bring bug spray.

GOTA stay May 2025

The property and home was excellent and exactly as described by the host. The home was clean and well equipped for our family. Linens, towels and bath soaps were provided. The host was most helpful for planning thr trip and advice on local places to eat and visit. I would recommend this property for a vacation in Exuma.

Our group of seven enjoyed our stay and the beautifully decorated vila. The views were great. One recommendation:- the beds in the bedrooms nearest the kitchen were too soft and sinking in the middle. Reinforcement of the bottom base would be helpful for future guest.

The best find on Exuma

We had a fantastic trip. The home was exactly as pictured, and we walked down to the beach every morning and went swimming. The property felt so private and beautiful, as did the beach. The owner was staying next door at the time, and they were so friendly to us and brought us over some conch ceviche. Overall, we had a fantastic time and decided we were staying at one of the best properties on the island. It has such a great intimate feel without being overwhelming like a big resort or a huge house. We loved it.

Perfect villa for a vacation with friends and family

This villa had everything that we needed for a great vacation. So much room and space for a group of people. The inside of the villa looks exactly like the pictures and that doesn’t always happen. Bedrooms/bathrooms are so nice. Very spacious kitchen that was stocked with every appliance that we needed. The most comfortable couch with a view of the water. Two large tables to choose from for meals or just for gathering. Beautiful deck with a lot of seating with a gorgeous view. Sunset every night from the beach. Also, wonderful grounds with hammocks, grills and a sandy beach to hang out on/in or snorkel. It really was a perfect location for our vacation and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our Best Stay on Exuma Yet!

We so very much enjoyed our time spent here! Our 18yo was impressed and entertained the entire time, enjoying the gorgeous beach area, snorkeling the unreal clear blue waters you get to enjoy here, paddle boards, kayaks and the JBL speaker. Our 10yo and 7yo enjoyed all the same things in addition to the ocean front trampoline and floats. They really enjoyed seeing all the fish and sea turtles. The host was a joy to communicate with. They didn’t miss a beat with this listing! The beauty, stylish touches, space and unreal views and amenities will bring us back time and time again! Thank you so much for sharing this beautIful place! God bless!

Beautiful Property with Many Amenities in Exuma!

Overall, our stay at the property was excellent. The place is well cleaned and kept, the air conditioning works very well, it is extremely quiet, and has many amenities. Communication with the property manager is seamless, responding both quickly on the VRBO site messages and making himself available for calls as well. Be mindful that this property is shared with 4 structures in total. There was no problem with this, but ensure you are aware when booking. The private beach is great with chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, and plenty of towels available. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Overall, this is a great property to stay at and would recommend to anyone considering.

This house was absolutely amazing!! Great location. It was perfect for our group of 3 families with kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There’s tons of water toys, snorkeling gears, beach toys and life jackets. Just all you need for great beach day. We were worried that the house looks too good on the pictures and we were afraid to book it at first since there was no reviews. however, it turned out perfect and we will be back for sure. The host could not have been more accommodating or nicer, he made sure we had everything we needed. I was able to message him before the trip with all my questions. He was very helpful with all the tips for planning a great trip. Let’s just say it was one of the best places we ever rented.

Beautiful property in a great protected location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at GOTA in Exuma, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The property itself was beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean vistas that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to key spots, including gorgeous beaches and popular local restaurants. Rodman, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. His warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Family Trip

Trip to celebrate my boy’s 1st birthday and my wife’s 40th. We waited for many years for this boy so it was a very special trip. My mother in law and my sister and her family joined us. Each group had their own bathroom and plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, even a waffle and pancake maker. The house had a cooler which was very convenient for going to the beach. The beach was well stocked with paddle boards and kayaks, as well as Floaties and toys for kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner and staff were great and very responsive to our questions and needs. Danera - one of the staff - and her family were super helpful and friendly. She even helped us pick up a cake we ordered From Mom’s bakery for our son’s birthday. Great house! Would stay again.
