Money well spent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location... not really a great ocean view; however, it’s just across the street from the beach access. The property sits at an angle and so one can see a glimpse of the ocean so you know it’s there. The pool was great especially for the younger kids. The unit was clean, well equipped, and adequate spacing. We would definitely do it again!

The perfect getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I absolutely loved this rental and its proximity to the beach. It was clean and well kept. The master bed was SO comfortable and had great pillows! They also provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

Room was clean, beach access was incredible, great parking situation. Room 3013. I dunno who is living above this or renting during our stay but it was CONSTANT foot stomping or furniture being slid around on the floors making a good awful noise from above. This started around 7am and went on until at least 1am every single night. Combine the noise with the beds that where probably 10 years past due for replacement sleeping was QUITE difficult every night. Dishwasher is plumbing wrong so after a run it stunk the place up as well. Love the building and the location but this stay was not good compared to our first visit.

The walk to the beach is not far AT ALL and the private beach access was perfect! Was in a great location with yummy restaurants nearby and could even walk to Pompano Joes! Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay except the upstairs neighbors and the bed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location, the building, the cleanliness and the ease of checking in and out.BUT. First. The beds. They should have been replaced 10 years ago along with the worn frames. Lumpy, springs can be felt, it made sleeping difficult. Second. The upstairs neighbors. I assume it's a rental too. They spent all night sliding furniture around and made the most awful noises from 8pm to around 1:30 am every single night we stayed. I mentioned this to and hopefully the HOA let's the owners know and they put some soft sliders and resolve that issue. Despite this we will be back asap, maybe not next year due to other planned trips but definitely the following year!
