Upgraded for 2024. Extra large 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 4th floor in beautiful Midtown Ocean City MD awaits! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony to watch the sunrise or see the sunset with your favorite cocktail. Two bedrooms up front . One with a queen bed, and one with queen and two twins in a trundle. Master bedroom is off living area with a king bed. It’s by itself and has an outside balcony. New master bath off master. All have large Roku TV’s, power outlets, ceiling fans, extra blankets, pillows and more. There’s a pack N play and large sectional sofa in living room. Every bedroom and living area have large Roku TV’s. Complete with Xfinity package and fastest high speed internet. You have access to all channels on Xfinity. ONLY TV that rotates is in living area. RokuTV’s come with plenty of free apps. Amazon, Netflix, and others are preloaded. If it requires a subscription just sign in. We’ve plenty of outlets to charge your devices on every nightstand and USB ports. USB ports in living and kitchen counter area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. Separate dining and living areas. Have a tea pot, coffee maker with individual Keurig, electric griddle, baking and pizza pans plus more. Children's dinnerware and cups. Under counter lights bring extra light. They are great when in an unfamiliar area. Eat in or visit one of the many restaurants nearby in walking distance. We had several new ones open in 2023. All information is provided in a book with menus from new and old restaurants. Bayside Skillet is 2 doors down next to Sunsations. Seasonings provided to include Old Bay, Italian, salt, pepper, oregano etc.

BEACH:/POOL/FIREWORKS: Go to 1st floor storage area to retrieve beach cart, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board(s). Go under building to 77th Street hit the button and cross safety. It’s 4 minutes from door to sand. We provide plastic sandwich bags, snack bags, individually wrapped silverware, paper plates, bowls and more When you return hit the rooftop pool after rinsing off beach gear and yourself in one of two outside showers. At dark head up to the pool deck. It’s perfect for viewing fireworks three times a week Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday’s

LAUNDRY: All you need to include a brand new LG front load washer and dryer. Include (Tide laundry pods, dryer sheets), drying rack, ironing board, broom, vacuum, cleaning supplies and more.

BALCONY: Large balcony off living and master. Enjoy views of Ocean and Bay. Comfortable new furniture to sit and relax on to include an egg shell chair, Adirondack furniture, a rocker plus a table and two chairs. Chairs come with covers to protect against rain. Please hook them back when done. Balcony is glass and metal railings. No one under 16 without an adult and no horseplay.

GYM: Workout in the fitness room on the 4th floor just out the door. Key is available. It has everything brand new equipment. Please, follow gym rules, lock door, and return key to its place.

MIDTOWN OCEAN CITY IS THE HIDDEN GEM
It has much to do close by with new restaurants opened in 2023 to include old BJ’s. It’s now the new Saltwater 75 on 75th, Coastal Creations on 78th Street. Holy Macaroni (has 3 new locations), Pony Pop and The Snowball Stand are a few people don’t hear about. So much is close by: Miniature golf, See Quest, Sunsations, ACE Hardware, The Kite Loft, Royal Farms, Oasis Car Wash, Old Pro Golf, Atlantic Gold, The Bayside Skillet and more.

Aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, sandwich and zip lock bags, paper plates and bowls, wrapped silverware and much more. There really is too much to list.

In season - (Saturday to Saturday) MDWE to LDWE. Group Rentals - All must be age 30. Age will be verified before booking. If you need a special date please request it. We are flexible, but have a few returning guest from 2023. They have their dates in and we have some flexibility.

The HOA and condo rules have been uploaded for you, but will be provided in email before you arrive. Everything is explained in one of 2 books in the unit with pictures provided. You will receive your insurance info to your email. You will be provided with a code to enter 2-3 days before arrival. Please follow all instructions to make your stay enjoyable.

** Printer in 3rd bedroom photo, and scale in master bath don’t stay. Photos taken in off season ** Magnets on refrigerator are chip clips. They will be in a kitchen drawer for your use. We have a drawer in the kitchen with items you may need.

** ID is required before booking accepted.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check in process. You will receive info right before your check in.
* This is a non smoking/ non vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets per HOA rules
* Cleaning is done per Covid-19 CDC recommendations.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years of age. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holidays and/or special events.
* The primary renter MUST be present on the premises.
* Linens & towels are provided for rentals from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend only. Kitchen washcloth and dish towels ARE provided. YOU bring your beach towels and swimsuit.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Coral seas is an elevator building with a code. This will be provided prior to check in. It is changed yearly by our HOA
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage under 7’
* The outdoor rooftop pool is open from right before MDWE to LDWE, but has extended into Oct based on weather. It is up to the HOA company. We have no control over this.
* Fitness room for guest use on 4th floor
* We provide beach cart, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas for use on the beach along with boogie boards and toys in storage unit.
