The room was very clean and the host was extremely attentive. It was very easy to reserve the unit and the beach view and chairs & umbrellas were wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is to get a new mattress for the guest room. We would stay there again.

Great stay

We had a great stay! The place was clean. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas for the time we were there for the beach.

Great location for kids

Our kids loved the pool and ocean, this unit was clean, comfortable and a beautiful view! We enjoyed it!

Perfect location and great condo

Fantastic location, plenty of room for a family or small group, comfy living room with a view of the ocean, space to cook and eat in. King mattress was quite firm for us. Little touches like filled ice trays and koozies were appreciated!

August family getaway

Our condo was clean and very cozy. Great access to the beach. Close to grocery and mall. It was hot as August always is but water was clearest I have ever seen it. Beach service staff was very friendly.

Spring Break Success

Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we had a wonderful time… the location was perfect and being on the beach made it especially nice to run down and back up when the weather allowed. The condo was spacious enough for my 4 kids to spread out and the view was unbeatable!

Very satisfied !

I have never stayed at a place that was so easy to check in and out of! If I called with a question David was very happy & knowledgeable to help. The location was perfect not to crowded I will defiantly recommend this place to others!

Girls trip

Very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy access to pool & beach. We rented beach chaira & umbrella for the week which was worth it to not have to carry that stuff back & forth. Wish the pool lights went off at night for better view off of the balcony but completely understand the safety concern of that. Already planning a return trip

Beach Getaway

Perfect beach vacation spot. The view from the balcony is second to nine. Nice to get up in the morning and look at the beautiful water. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, although we didn't cook there a whole lot. You will need to purchase spices, and bring your own beach towels, but everything else you need is there! You'll wake up refreshed because the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again !!!

Great Spot for a Beach Vaca!

Great location!!! You can have your feet in the sand within 5 minutes from walking out of your door, and we liked that we could see the pool and the beach from the balcony to spot family members (and sharks!) quickly. The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans and utensils, but nothing else. You will need to buy or bring all the basics - salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also, bring your own beach towels. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which came in handy. We rented chairs/umbrella on the beach, but if you aren’t going to be on the beach all day, they do offer half day rentals. You can rent from the little kiosk at the end of the stairs or online. If you are wanting to rent a golf cart for multiple days, just keep in mind that you cannot park a golf cart in the property parking lot, so if you are looking to rent one overnight, you will need another place to park it. We parked at Alvin’s across the street, but we cleared it with the manager first so we didn’t get towed. We went to Pelican Adventures in Destin for snorkeling and that was a blast!!! Destin is only about 15 minutes away, so tons of restaurants and activities are nearby. Overall it was a wonderful location with comfy beds and great views. Highly recommended!!

Great beach view however the condo was far from what was pictured on the listing. Condo was dingy and dirty. Rugs throughout the condo were dirty and need cleaned or replaced. Walls and moldings were dirty and scraped up. Master bath mirror was dirty and damaged. If you were looking for a place that looks like the photos in this listing, you should probably look elsewhere. These photos have definitely been Photoshop for the listing.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are sorry this condo did not meet your expectations. The rugs we're cleaned 12 days prior to your arrival but we'll be sure to have the rugs cleaned again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The mirror does have an imperfection that does appear in the photos, I can assure you we do not photo shop our pictures. To those reading this review, I would refer to the countless outstanding reviews this condo has received to date as a better indication of what one can expect when staying with Radiant. This guest made no mention of any issues during their stay, we only learned of them via this review.
