Relax and recharge at this cozy piece of paradise! Imagine your morning coffee on the patio while watching the waves. This gorgeous country like setting is only 2 miles from historic Granbury square but you will feel like you're out in the country. Enjoy the benefits of camping but the luxuries of home. Bring your jet skis to the large covered dock and enjoy the fire pit, bbq while watching the game on the lakefront 55” tv. You can relax while fishing from the dock or the kayaks. When weather permits you can enjoy the kayaks and a stand up paddle board or swim from the dock. You’ll never want to leave this peaceful place! This 300 square foot cabin is located 100 feet from another house that will be for rent (you can ask about renting both places). In addition, there’s a woodworking workshop on the grounds we may be working in so feel free to come in & see what we’re working on! You will have your own private patio/fire pit & grill. The grounds are big enough for both places! It’s a very serene setting. *Please note: we love to have your well behaved furry family member. HOWEVER- you must add it to the booking. we do NOT allow cats due to allergies.. * We are conveniently located with so many things within 10-15 minutes!
*The hot tub is ONLY available November through March*

31 miles to Tarlton State University Note: you’ll have full access to a FABULOUS dock with 4 jet ski lifts and a boat slip. They are AMAZING! However, there’s an “outdoor kitchen” that isn’t so fabulous and is undergoing renovation. You’re welcome to use it but you acknowledge it wouldn’t be up to our cleanliness standards. PLEASE NOTE: For safety purposes we have a camera on the dock, 1 on the shed & workshop pointed at parking/driveway, another on shed pointed at workshop, camera on outside of cabana pointed to the dock these will all be recording (audio & video) while guests are on property. NO CAMERA points into a house. PLEASE DO NOT GET IN OR IN ANY WAY mess with the boat. It is NOT part of the rental and is off limits to guests 😊

Wonderful Lake Cottage

My husband and I stayed here for the night for a weekend getaway. The hosts were very prompt with communicating. Everything was well stocked and comfy. The dock was amazing, very well kept and huge. Loved the tea selection since I’m a tea drinker. Snacks and treats were provided which was fun. Everything was very clean and looked newly remodeled. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Hosts!

My wife and our pup spent a very relaxing long weekend as guests of Rebecca and Antonio. The pics and description of the property don’t do it justice. The dock area is very relaxing! Totally enjoyed. Rebecca and Antonio are top notch! Thanks so much!

Great Property for Glamping

Beautiful cabin with exposure to nature and a dock on a lake with kayaking gears available. Dock is equipped also with seating areas, fire pit and a hammock. Antonio and Rebecca were very nice and welcoming! They checked in to make sure that we were having a great time and offered great insights on what to do in the area - all fantastic recommendations. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and cozy escape in nature less than an hour outside of the city, this property is for you!

Awesome lake house!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mother, and 2 teenaged kids and we absolutely loved it. It was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the dock/lake was the cherry on top. There was another lovely family staying on the property in the main house, and there was plenty of space, seating, and kayaks on the dock for all to enjoy. It was very peaceful and quiet, and I caught lots of catfish right from the dock. The hosts, Antonio and Rebecca, were amazing as well! We would definitely love to come back and stay another time.
