This immaculate, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, full 3-storey townhome is just what you have been looking for. Centrally located and operated by seasoned Hosts with over 10 years of experience in the industry.

Step into a welcoming open-concept main level living space, complete with an inviting living space and Chef's dream kitchen. The living room features modern and comfortable furnishings, an electric fireplace and a well-sized LED Smart TV with Shaw cable. The dining room is centrally located and flows nicely into the kitchen and living room space, making socializing a breeze. Bar stools offer additional seating options.

Enjoy cooking? This beautiful, well-stocked kitchen will make you glad to stay in for a home-cooked meal. The huge eat-up peninsula with marbled quartz counters are perfect for casual dining or extra food prep space. High-end appliances, such as the gas cooktop with pot filler and automated downdraft fan add to the culinary experience. The oversized pantry cabinet and to-the-ceiling shelving is ready for your favourite foods. We offer ample dinnerware, cooking utensils, small appliances and even some common spices and pantry items. If coffee and tea are welcomed in the morning - don't worry. We have you covered! Let the dishwasher help you with clean-up. A half-bath is conveniently situated a few steps down from the main floor hub, near the back door which leads to a cozy, private patio space.

Each bedroom offers a unique configuration that may appeal to different guests. Comfort is important to us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets and plenty of varied pillows. Additionally, all bedrooms have black-out blinds/curtains.

The Master Bedroom features a classy Queen-sized upholstered velvet bed and double closets. The Master Ensuite includes double sinks and ample storage and a modern glass-enclosed tiled shower with fancy body sprays.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen-sized bed, plenty of natural light and a spacious closet.

Bedroom #3 may be used as a bedroom or an office or both! Featuring a Twin-over-Twin daybed with trundle for sleeping and a 4-foot desk for working. This bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet.

Bedroom #4 is in the basement, which offers some privacy and separation. While many basements feel creepy and unwelcoming, don't worry! The cozy furnishings and great lighting serve to make this a very desirable space. This bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large closet. There is a full bathroom steps away.

The basement Rec Area is designed for both comfort and functionality. Unwind on the couch, challenge someone to a board game or card game at the coffee table or enjoy some snacks or drinks from the kitchenette. Feel free to let off steam with the Spin Bike, Yoga mat or hand weights.

Staying for a while? This space is designed for that. An in-suite, upper level large-capacity washer and dryer will help you work through your laundry. All the cleaning supplies and equipment you may need to stay on top of the day-to-day is provided.

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of central heat by controlling your own thermostat in the cooler months and cozying up by the electric fireplace in the living room. Additionally, this home features central air conditioning which is a welcome amenity during Calgary's hot summers.

While located in a thriving, bustling community, this property is located on quite a low-traffic, quiet road. A detached single-car garage is perfect for parking a small car in the cold and snowy Calgary months or for storage. Ample street parking is also available just a few steps away from the front door.

Enjoy the peaceful enjoyment of not sharing a floor or ceiling with other tenants or guests, as you would in many rentals or hotels.

We, Casey and Brittany, have truly tried to make this space into the type of space that we would choose for a vacation, work trip or visit to Calgary. We feel confident that you will also see why we love this place!

Whether this is your first or fiftieth experience with VRBO, we strive to make this a truly excellent one. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Please note that we require potential guests to review our House Rules and also provide us with a few details prior to accepting or pre-approving a booking. Some things we like to know include:
- Why are you coming to Calgary?
- Who will you be traveling with (children, adults, etc)?
- Do you have any special requests (ie playpen, high chair, etc)?

We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. This is particularly helpful to us if you do not have any reviews from past hosts or if your profile is lacking in "verification" details from the website provider. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.

***Please note: Stays of greater than 14 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees of $140.00/maintenance clean. Maintenance cleans will be performed every 14-21 days during extended stays in order to best maintain our properties and to make the stay more enjoyable for our guests. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly during the inquiry stage of booking.

Beautiful property.
The property was beautifully decorated. The location was a short drive to nearby restaurants, etc. It was immaculately cleaned. It had everything needed to prepare meals. I would highly recommend this house. The attention to detail and care in this home is evident. Garage also provided. Would stay again for sure!

We, Casey and Brittany, live in Calgary, Alberta with our four young children. We absolutely love this city! The daily views of the Rocky Mountains and the rolling hills that the city is built on is truly exquisite in every season.

Casey owns a plumbing company in the city and Brittany is a Registered Nurse at the Alberta Children's Hospital. We are inspired by older homes in great neighbourhoods with good bones and are passionate about turning them into something special. We would love to share our creations and love for hosting with you!

Our crew enjoys being active and spending time with friends and family. We love to be outdoors and always enjoy a new challenge. Our lives have been a whirlwind over the past few years and we have enjoyed every minute!

Capitol Hill is located in the Northwest quadrant of Calgary. It is a highly established community in inner city Calgary and one of our favourites. We love how easy it is to get around the city from there and appreciate that homes in the area are well-kept. We hope our guests enjoy this clean, spacious, modern and well-equipped suite!
