To the other side of the dining area, a wonderfully cheerful, fully equipped kitchen features a sunny breakfast nook, a built-in bar with seating for four, and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge. The kitchen overlooks an additional living area or family room, an ideal space for enjoying one another with comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV.
