-Signed Rental Agreement and ID Required, name on reservation must match the credit card provided, no 3rd party reservations allowed. -Maximum Occupancy is 10 Adults + 2 children or 12 Total persons per Owner’s STRO License. Infants are included in the total per San Diego STRO Policies. Visitors outside of the agreed rental party are not allowed without express written consent of Owner. -Special requests are subject to availability upon checkin, may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed. -No Smoking, Pets


-Onsite Parties or group events are strictly prohibited. -Local noise ordinances are in place between 10:00pm-7:00am, no visitors allowed on property. -No refunds for adverse weather -No commercial filming allowed -- Clarifications - Prior to December 2023, the home was only rented with 4 bedrooms, we have since allowed access to the primary bedroom and office space.

This was our third visit to this property and we are already planning for next year’s trip. Hard to imagine a better place to stay in La Jolla. House is incredibly comfortable, spacious and convenient to everything we need. Views are phenomenal. Listing description/pictures are very accurate and communication is excellent. 5 star home in every sense.

Absolutely Perfect

This beautiful property has it all. Of course the view is outstanding but the location and amenities of the property were more than expected. The house if very spacious, and each room is decorated with every detail in mind. The kitchen has everything you need and then some, bathrooms and bedrooms stocked with quality linens, towels and toiletries. The location is a very short walk to La Jolla proper where you have many restaurants and activities. It was a fabulous stay for our group of 10 adults. I would love to book this again.

Simply the Best

My husband and I traveled to La Jolla with our two grown sons and their wives, a new grandbaby, and my mother-in-law. Before booking a home, we wanted a home with ocean views, a pool and hot tub, and enough living areas to spread out. This home not only checked off all the boxes it exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having access to two washer/dryers was wonderful. Lastly, the views were amazing. This home is simply the best VRBO we have stayed at. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and the check-in process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

This property exceeded our expectations on so many levels! Great communication from the start with Cheryl. The home was immaculate with plenty of room for our family. A well appointed kitchen and ample living space. The views and location were just perfect. When we travel to the west coast, this will be the home I search for!

Perfect Home For A Family Vacation

My husband and I took our 3 adult children, spouses and grandchildren to La Jolla for vacation. This house was perfect. The two family rooms and outdoor seating allowed enough space for everyone. Each bedroom was a master suite with bathroom, allowing everyone privacy and place to go to get away. The kitchen was stocked and the large dinning room table allowed us to eat meals together. The communication prior to checking in and while on site was amazing. Everyone was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The pool was not heated, however they have a cover that we left on while not in use and at night the water temp for us was 79 degrees (our visit was at the beginning of June so we had cool evenings). The location is outstanding! There is a trail outside the front door that allows you to walk to fun places and dinners. The views from this home are spectacular! I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Beautiful view and location

We enjoyed our stay so much. Each morning was lovely and therapeutic listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the view. We loved the easy walk to downtown each day. We would love to return annually, our go to place to stay when we visit relatives in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Stunning Views, Amazing Location, Complete Relaxation

This property is destined to be one of our favorites! Our family stayed here over Christmas and had an excellent experience. The pool and hot tub were great, the views are incredible and despite its central location there was a good deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time admiring the view and were able to see seagulls, cormorants, a hawk, seals and killer whales (a rarity) from the living room and patio overlooking La Jolla Bay. We also enjoyed excursions on the Coastal Walk, playing tennis at the very-welcoming La Jolla Tennis Club and exploring La Jolla Village. Making our meal planning easy was the 4-minute drive to the grocery store and other locations. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Very luxurious with lots of open space, great amenities and indoor/outdoor space. A great way to experience La Jolla!

What a gem!

We had a terrific stay here. It was a multigenerational group and the layout of the home worked so well with kitchen/dining room on one side and bedrooms on another. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone was comfortable. We all slept great and remarked on how comfy the beds are! And you can’t beat the views and location. We found ourselves mesmerized by the ocean and sat in the comfy couches by the windows with binoculars (provided!) in hand. The hike to LaJolla was perfect too. It took us about 10mins to get to town and it was just a beautiful stroll. Thanks for hosting and sharing your amazing home with us.

Beautiful home, incredible views!

This home was exactly as pictured. Incredibly beautiful and clean. Property manager was kind and attentive. Pool was cleaned and warm (we paid for pool heating), and those views!! Great location; it was so great to just walk across the street and hop on the coast walk trail. A quick 7 minute walk to downtown La Jolla/La Jolla cove. Wish we never had to leave.

Beautiful property. Great location.

The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The living room overlooking the ocean was amazing place to hang out. It was nice that the bedrooms were in the back of the house, so if some guests wanted to sleep in they would not hear the early risers.

Difficult to conjure words that accurately describe the bliss provided by this wonderful home. It has an amazing view of the ocean that is truly unique and also is within walking distance to areas such as the Children’s Pool and Seal Rock as well as the shops and restaurants of La Jolla. The home itself is spectacular with a great layout for a wonderful family vacation. Great indoor/outdoor space, a lovely pool and Jacuzzi. Management team was responsive friendly. Everything depicted on website is true and accurate. As noted in other reviews guests do not have access to the master suite nor the garage. One can comfortably park two cars in driveway. For overflow there is plentiful street parking nearby. Home is fully stocked with kitchenware and amenities. We would gladly stay here again as it is truly a unique property.

Trifecta!

Amazing Home. Amazing Views. Amazing Location. Daily walks along the path that’s right outside the door to visit the sea lions which are great entertainment. Great restaurants and shopping just minutes away in both directions. The best thing about this home is that you really don’t need to leave very often….everything you need is right there. The views are stunning morning, noon and night. We will definitely be visiting again soon:-)

A fantastic property that was exactly as listed. Walking distance to downtown, soooo clean, well equipped for our family if 4 adults. Property management also excellent. Answered questions quickly and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I’d highly recommend this property!

Paradise!!

This house is absolutely stunning and the views are even better. The home is situated perfectly between the beach and shops near La Jolla Shores Park and the Village of La Jolla. Everything is walkable and either way you walk there are awesome shops, restaurants and beautiful, unique beaches. The house has a great layout with two huge living rooms and a great kitchen. The living room and patio have stunning views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. This place is the perfect La Jolla vacation destination!!!!!

Great Sibling Getaway

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Easy trail access to La Jolla shops and beaches. House has great flow and architectural appeal. My siblings have an annual vacation together and I highly recommend this house.

Perfect location; great for families

We came to this idyllic property for spring break with 4 adults and 4 tween girls. Everything (except the overcast weather) was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the views were extraordinary, and the pool was beautiful. The property managers were responsive, kind, and hospitable. The best part was how walkable everything was. This house is perfectly situated between La Jolla shores and the cove, and a beautiful coast walk to both. We will be back!

Coast Walk

Five stars! Fantastic location and awesome views of the surrounding coastline. Short walk to town although the trail does require some effort, it is not flat level ground. Beautiful house as advertised, no surprises and definitely did not disappoint. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
