Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had such an amazing stay and that the unit, the views, and the location all made a great impression. Thank you for your review. We will definitely pass on your feedback to the owner. Glad you enjoyed your stay with us!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're so glad you found the condo beautiful. We do want to clarify that we did spread salt in the parking lot, but with the below-freezing temperatures and snow/ice, there was unfortunately not much more that could be done to fully clear the area. We completely understand your concern and appreciate your understanding. As for the guardrails, that is something managed by the city. Regarding the extra toilet paper and Kleenex, we appreciate your input and will review our amenities to ensure they meet expectations for future stays. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience next time!

Thank you so much; we are thrilled you loved the Highlands. We cannot wait to see you guys again on your next trip.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the incredible views and found the location peaceful and accessible. We appreciate your feedback regarding the A/C, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. We'll have our maintenance team look into it to ensure it's working at full capacity. We want every guest to be comfortable, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to welcome you back to Highlands of the Smokies for an even better stay in the future!

Thank you so much for staying with us and giving us such a great review! we look forward to seeing you guys on your next trip and kids are always welcome here at The Highlands.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness and fantastic views of the rental. We appreciate your feedback regarding the TV usability, channel selection, and suggestions for additional amenities like hooks in the bathrooms. We want to clarify that we provide a detailed list of starter supplies included in your unit, which is shared in multiple emails and in our listing. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, two trash liners per trash can, and dish towels. Once these items are used, it's up to guests to supply any additional needs. We also have a hair dryer in the primary bathroom and extra ones available in our office, which is open seven days a week. We apologize for any issues with the emergency service number and will address that. Regarding the after-hours call you made, we were able to assist the guest who needed their entry code by communicating with him directly. It turned out he hadn’t checked his email or arrival text, which contained the information. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!
