Came into town for my son’s birthday trip, this unit was perfect. Might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. The pillows had me googling where to buy them. This is the perfect condo for a few night stay.

Spotless, modern, beautiful! The view was stunning, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, the grills and firepits were great. Some spices and a few more kitchen cooking spoons and spatulas would be nice but there was enough to cook in a couple times. We used the workout room too and the equipment was all in good condition. A great place- we will return!!

Pontos positivos: Localização
Property was absolutely gorgeous! Super clean, luxury feel! Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location, it was about 10 minutes from the strip. It allowed for peace and quiet after a busy day. The views from our balcony were amazing! Would absolutely stay again! A couple odd things that I deducted a star for but wouldn’t influence me staying again, I would just come more prepared. We had 2 adults and 4 kids staying in the condo. The condo said it provided pool towels and a starter supply of toiletries. It supplied 3 pool towels and one roll of toilet paper. For 6 people this meant we had to go out and buy laundry detergent and toilet paper to manage. Not a huge deal but just more of an inconvenience. Like I said I would absolutely still stay again!

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, the comfortable beds, and especially those balcony views. We love that the location gave you a quiet place to come back to after busy days exploring. We also really appreciate you pointing out the pool towels and starter supplies. Next time, please let us know so we can address any issues right away! We’re happy to hear it wouldn’t keep you from coming back. That honestly means a lot! We’d love to have you and your family stay with us again.

The condo was wonderful except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It definitely needs to be replaced as it is noticeably sagging. We also had neighbors with young kids above us and the noises were easily heard through the ceiling. Unfortunately, the weather was awful during our entire stay. We had glimpses of the wonderful views at times throughout the week.

Our unit was very spacious for a party of four. There is no price for the view of the mountains from our unit and balcony. All appliances were top notch. We enjoyed the rain shower and the privacy of the toilet closet. Our only suggestion would be to install sheer curtains that could be opened or closed. Or it could be a shade that could be lowered if desired. The sun got very intense in the living area. We would definitely recommend the Highlands and stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we opened the door we had the most incredible experience at the Highlands. From stunning mountain views to amazing furnishing and finishes this place was the perfect stay for my family who needed more than just a hotel room. A short drive into downtown and the ticket partnership was a great way to explore all Gatlinburg had to offer. The check in and out instructions were very clear and easy.
