Wonderful house! We all loved the pool area, comfortable beds and location. So close to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

We had the best time at this rental. Mark has gone above and beyond to make the place amazing for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked, the designs and furniture thoughtful, there are plenty of towels, and other necessities. Mark was responsive and kind to any questions I had. The location is amazing, totally walkable. We will definitely be back to stay!!

What an amazing stay. From the beach decor to the ammenities to the close proximity to town!We drove to the beach everyday, came back to relax in the pool and walked to town in the evening. So relaxing and enjoyable!

Absolutely wonderful fully equipped cottage, central to the village and walking distance to the beach. Outdoor area is great and meets the needs of various age groups. Amongst the Outdoor space there are 2 fixed umbrellas. It would have been good to have one that could be moved about. This is our preference and in no way a criticism.We've stayed at several accommodations on SK and this cottage is a hidden secret.

Very nice cottage, great backyard and pool area. The location is great can walk to beach (we chose to drive) very short walk to village with great bars, restaurants and shopping. Siesta Key is a great place to vacation.

Nicely renovated, very clean property in a good location

Just off the main drag in Siesta on a nice, quiet street. Walk to restaurants to avoid the dinner time parking hassle. Easy drive to the beach. Mark was very responsive and a good host. Well equipped kitchen, nice pool and gazebo. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation rental

Such a cute, super clean & spacious family beach cottage. The host was great and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable.Short walk to the beach, however with the pool area being so nice it was hard to leave. Canā€™t wait to book our next trip!!!!

Wonderful stay!

The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Pool is amazing! There was corn hole, putt putt, and a great gazebo for us to enjoy as well! The house was very well stocked with everything you needed! The location is very close to the village for restaurants and shops. Mark is very friendly and quick to respond and help with any questions. We love this house and hope to get to stay again soon!

A Relaxing Retreat!

We were incredibly happy with with our stay at this property. We arrived just as a hurricane was making its way to the island and Mark was fantastic about keeping in touch with us. The outdoor pool area was amazing and we spent many hours out there. The house was incredibly convenient to everything and it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely holiday home thatā€™s only a few minutes walk to Siesta Key Village.

Property is really conveniently located. 3 min walk to Siesta Key Village. 10 min walk to the beach. 20 min drive to Sarasota. Pool and outside space is excellent. One of the bedrooms is quite warm even with the air con on and the double bed has definitely seen better days. Apart from that would definitely recommend this place!

Good location and nice house, but drawbacks

Iā€™ll start with the good. Plenty of towels, clean and nice house, kitchen stocked, furnished nicely, ā€œmud roomsā€ at the front and side, outdoor space was very nice, safe area. Multiple beach areas were 10 min walk, grocery store and restaurants were very close. Our BIG issue was the fact that the host had two cameras catching the pool area. This was creepy and made us feel uncomfortable. We have been to 20+ rentals and only a couple of places had cameras at the entrance to prevent unregistered guests. There were cameras covering the side and front door that we had NO problem with for that reason, but there is a big difference between this vs. watching them using the pool. Our family ended up using that area far less due to this. After check-in we sent the host a message and told them everything was great, but we were uncomfortable with the cameras. The host responded to that with hostility and made it very clear with the first couple of responses that we were in fact already being watched. VBRO states that cameras were to be disclosed and the host said they were, however in re-reading the VBRO website and checking our initial emailed agreement there was NO mention of this. We called VBRO and the rep was very understanding and agreed this was weird, but said she didnā€™t know if she could do anything as they were outside and we had already checked in. If you are ok with the pool cameras you will have a great time, however, these cameras must be disclosed in the listing.

Everything we hoped for!

Weā€™ve come to Siesta Key for many years, routinely staying at one of the older condo beach resorts with a shared pool and amenities. When the price of that stay skyrocketed and our family grew, we looked for another option that would give us the space we needed for 3 small boys and still allow us to enjoy what Siesta Key had to offer. We found this house and it was such a huge upgrade. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The house itself was clean and well-furnished and had enough room to spread out. The backyard had space for our family to play and a beautiful pool perfect for us. The location was great too; we could head to the beach or hit up the grocery store or a restaurant downtown without needing to drive. Overall, VERY happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

Phenomenal private piece of heaven in Siesta Key

This place was an absolute wonderful property offering truly pleasurable temporary home with a plethora of offerings on the property for my family and I. Along with close walking vicinity to shops, dining, beach and more. Mark was the hostess with mistress and aides is with all of our needs. Donā€™t miss out on this opportunity!

You don't have the hassle of driving a car and finding a place to park! You can rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles for cruising around the island. Everybody is happy and enjoying life! Pet friendly and safe neighborhood.
