The condo can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (inclusive of children). This well-appointed condominium with 10ft ceilings and generous size rooms is one of the best places to stay on Siesta Key.
This condominium development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a barbecue grill, a picnic area and tennis courts. There is no better way to enjoy Florida then to stay at our townhome on Siesta Key.

WHY THIS TOWNHOME - Stay in this townhome and start the morning right with a cup of coffee on the lake side balcony furnished with generous and comfortable patio chair and ottoman sets. Enjoy lunch in the eat-in kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The unit also includes a full side-by-side washer and dryer set for your convenience. The 10 ft ceilings in the spacious great room invite in the Florida sunshine and make the room a wonderful gathering place. A 50" flat panel TV and generous seating is a comfortable way to relax after sunset. A queen-size sleeper couch sits adjacent to the conversation area in the great room. The expansive balcony overlooking the grounds is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom suite. The spacious master bedroom offers 10ft ceilings, a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The unit has a full second bathroom that is adjacent to the guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed. Dine-in at an expansive dining table that comfortably accommodates 6. Clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. The unit could use a cart for the beach but all of the pluses more than made up for that tiny negative. It is a beautiful condo. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo

We recently stayed in this condo and it was beautiful! Perfect location. Condo was very clean. Communication was good.A few consā€”pictures in the listing showed that there is a cart available and there was not one when we got there. We were really hoping that there would be one since we had 2 older family members and a baby with us. Itā€™s definitely more than a 3 min walk. We ended up driving to the beach (literally right across the street) because we were not able to carry everything. Wish we would have known, we would have brought a cart from home. There was also not any toilet paper stocked in the condo. We had to go to Publix to purchase some. Other than that it was perfect!

What a great place!!!

The property is perfect. The location was in the middle of everything. 10 mins to beach and 1.3 miles to the restaurants on either end of the key. The layout was great and the condo was clean. Perfect place of a vacation.

We had an amazing time at this condo. Erika was super accommodating and helpful when our prior BNB was cancelled due to the hurricanes. The condo was gorgeous, right across from the beach parking and had everything we needed.

Our Two-Week Stay in Siesta Key Condo

We recently spent two wonderful weeks in a condo in Siesta Key and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities we were looking for. The condo itself was fantasticā€”spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional communication with the owner, Erika. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing time and have no complaints whatsoever. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siesta Key!

Very Nice!

We had a great time and we were all very pleased with the condo. Beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating inside and on the lanai. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was nice and had all the needed accessories. Lawn chairs were a great bonus! I recommend updating the screen doors as they are hard to open and close without coming off the tracks and the bed pillows are really uncomfortable. But those were small things and we would definitely rent again! Thank you for such a great home to stay in while we visited!!

Great Location, Awful Condo

Other than location, there was nothing to like about this condo. We have rented or stayed in several VRBO houses and condos, and this place was the worst. The carpets and couch were stained and dirty. The master bedroom pocket door to the master bath was broken and could not close for bathroom privacy. The master closet had one mirror door missing. The entire large master closet was filled with storage bins, old bedding, wood, tools, multiple vacuums. I had to move at least half of the items in the closet to the garage, to make room for us to put our shoes on the floor and our clothes on hangars and on the shelves. The front of the garage was filled with so much old furniture, our car just fit. The beds were awful in the spare room and bad in the master. The spare room box spring squeaked when just touching the bed, and the mattress sagged in the middle so badly that one couple visiting left 4 days early. The owner replaced the box spring after our first week, and most of the squeaking was gone, but a decent mattress didnā€™t show up until the end of our 4th and final week. The master bath was terrible and needs a complete renovation. All of our guests were disgusted by the cleanliness, decor, upkeep and lack of so many usual amenities. This place must be owned by absentee owners who over-decorated with too much old furniture, and who are taking advantage of a great location. Not up to VRBO standards, or any standards. The owner offered us a refund to leave, but go where?

Very confortable unit for us. The owner was very very responsive as we had a couple of maintenance issues. She quickly responded and had the problem addressed. After staying for 13 years in the village, we really liked proximity to the beach and this quiet environment!

Perfect location and set up

This place was perfect for our family! I loved the large table and ample seating available throughout. The back lanai was so nice and peaceful, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. Just a stones throw to the beach and the community pool. Weā€™ve already rebooked for next yearā€™s vacation :)

Love this location!

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It's located directly across from the public beach. Downtown Siesta Key is about a 20-minute walk away. If you don't feel like walking, there is a trolly stop right outside the complex. The unit is spacious, light, bright and clean. I love the separation of space. If you choose to have guests, they are in the back of the condo with their own bathroom. I could not have asked for a more perfect unit for our vacation.
