Unit 3064 is a two bedroom, two bath unit which was just remodeled and has all the comforts of home. Unit 3064 has a king in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest bedroom. The large open kitchen allows the cook to enjoy what is going on and the view from the main sliding doors that lead out to the open balcony. If you want to enjoy a game or sporting event just turn on the large flat screen and cheer on your favorite team. From the balcony you can see the beach and enjoy the water view. A washer and dryer is in this unit for guests convenience.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
