The main seating area has an expansive sectional, a TV, and an additional seating area perfect for enjoying intimate conversations. The kitchen has cookware essentials, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, two island seating areas, and opens to a formal dining table that seats ten guests.

The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, offering a peaceful getaway. There is a luxurious bed set, a seating area, a large TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have plush bedding, storage space, TVs, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Designed for the kiddos- the fourth bedroom has a nautical theme with two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available, so your beach towels are always fresh!

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 12 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
