I go down to the plantation about every year and this is probably was the nicest room I've had overall it was a good experience

Perfect if you have kids and want to be close to the beach. Only downside is you’re 30 minutes from all the good restaurants and activities downtown.

On your next visit you might enjoy Sassy Bass and a great breakfast and coffee shop on site at the resort and there is a great place to eat next door at Kiva Dunes and a couple of places next door at the Beach Club. During prime season they have themed food truck at the Beach Club also. For the a special meal try Jesse's on the Bay! These are are close to the resort,

Great location

Great location for east beach access as well as pool access! Only thing was on Saturday the grass was being cut and grass was getting in the pools while we were swimming.

Thanks for staying with us! We are glad you had a great vacation! I am sorry they were not more careful when mowing the the lawn but hopefully having 6 outdoor pools at the resort allowed you to enjoy one of the other pools while they cleaned the pool after mowing. Please come back again soon!

Beach trip 25

We enjoyed our stay however it was a long walk to the beach. Couldn't see or hear the ocean from our condo.

We are glad you had a great time on vacation! To be clear the condo is at a beach front resort but there is not a view of the ocean from the unit. There are three boardwalks that take guests to the ocean which make the walk much easier not having to cross the sand. Thank you for choosing our home away from home! We appreciate you staying with us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location. This was our 5th year of staying at this location. Always clean and comfortable. We have been on ground floor the last 2 years which is great for easy access for our beach and fishing supplies. This was first year of hearing any noise from above guest, but this resort is very family friendly, figured they had children hopping. The last night of our stay a thunder storm rolled through and power went out for about 45 minutes. Was impressed that the elevator had a safety on it so no one was stuck and doors had battery back up so vacationers could still have access to their rentals. Husbands came this year and loved location and all the areas they could go fishing. Already planning next years trip.

Clean and GREAT Location!

Our room was very clean when we came in. One small sink issue that the property manager took care of right away in getting maintenance. Right next to the pool and we loved it being on the ground floor right next to the door and laundromat. We definitely will stay again!

Prefect trip

We had four adults and two small children. The location was great to the pool and beach. We loved being on the grown floor and by the door. It made it so easy coming and going. The condo was clean and had everything in it we needed. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Condo could use a deep cleaning and it's a bit outdated. Nothing to stop us from having a good vacation, though. Some of the dishes were dirty, but not a super big deal for us since we always buy paper plates and plastic utensils. The dishwasher did have a bad smell...I think there was old water sitting in it from the last run before we arrived. Once we ran it with soap the smell went away. There was also some hair in the shower most likey from the last visitors. Again, nothing major and it didn't take away from our vacation, just honest feedback.

Summer vacation 2024

Everything was excellent. The only thing I have to complain about absolutely no water pressure in the kitchen and it literally drizzled out of the sink and the water pressure in the showers were not very good either other than that it was wonderful and we loved it there so I would still give it a five out of five I would just recommend, fixing the water pressure

Low Key Beach Dream!

We absolutely loved this condo. It had a low key charm that was exactly what I was looking for. No high rise building or over crowded beaches. The small but clean and quaint condo was just what I wanted for our family to enjoy quality time together in a sunny, happy atmosphere. We loved being on the ground floor and the view of the lush grounds and multiple pools was excellent. We loved dropping our beach stuff on the porch and not having to drag it through the condo. We enjoyed exploring all the various grounds and pools included within the large Plantation property - it was nice there was a restaurant, bar, ice cream and coffee shop all on site. And right next door was the Beach Club food truck round up and activities for the kids in the evenings! And I can’t forget to mention the beach access. The boardwalk was picturesque, and not too long like some places. The beach had plenty of space to set up and the sand and water were gorgeous. Everything about this place was perfect for my husband, 10 year old, 3 year old and me. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a wonderful stay. The only problem was the other guest having no respect coming in at 1-2 am screaming and hanging out on the balconies.
