Tammy is fantastic! Very communicative & answered questions, booked flights and excursions. Armando, the house attendant, is a nice person & means well. He took care of the trash daily and brought 5 gal bottles of water. Property was great for 13 adults. Enter main house from the water side, entering by the pool. Kitchen is stocked but needs a cleaning and organizing. Dishwasher door is broken, hangs loose. Downstairs, half bath and 1 bdrm with bath (the toilet paper holder has fallen off the wall). US visitors note that toilet paper gets thrown in a can, not flushed. Laundry on main floor. Washing machine's sensor is broken so water hast to be manually added when you wash and again to rinse. A hose is connected so water can be added; it looks like it has been there for a long time (not just recently happened like we were led to believe. Armando said it would be replaced that week but wasn't). The house's water system is based on a cistern so that when it's hot outside, the water is scorching. Upstairs in the main house, the primary bedroom takes up the whole front. The curtains were burned; A said would be replaced, but they weren't. There is no hot tub. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a high tub.The guest house lower level has a studio apartment and second floor has a 2 bedroom apartment (tv is broken)Capt Darwin was good until we tipped him too much. He promised to come back but didn't because he got other jobs. Charlie, over charged for golf carts.
