Dream Casa is certified as Belize Gold Standard. It's the perfect vacation and holiday rental house in the heart of San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize. A true one of a kind.
Enter into the cathedral great room is open concept with captivating views of the Caribbean Sea and the awe inspiring view of the worlds second largest barrier reef.
The master suite offers a King size bed, full bathroom, large walk in closet, TV and yet another beautiful ocean view.
The second floor suite has a balcony and can be a separate unit and accessed either inside or outside this glorious home. It offers two Queen size beds, shower, roomy closet, smart TV, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and one of the most magnificent views in all of San Pedro. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King and full bathroom.
The great room offers a spectacular dining ocean view with seating for ten plus fully equipped kitchen, living room with large smart TV and den with 2 twin beds that also can be converted to a King . Wi-Fi streams throughout the entire house as well as Cable TV and Netflix.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the 1000 square foot patio over looking the reef view where world renowned scuba diving, fishing and snorkeling awaits.
Spend some quiet time relaxing in a comfortable hammock on your own private beach front, watching boats pass and enjoying the beautiful blue green sea.
Just steps away is "Ramon s Village Divers Dock" that offers the Islands best scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming and sailing.
Savor beach walks to vast choices of restaurants and shops in minutes.
Dream Casa is one of the few gated properties downtown San Pedro. You can go out the gates and walk 30 seconds over to "Wine de Vine" for some of the best imported wines from all over the world - old and new world, red, white, rosé, sparkling, port, saké or Champagne. You'll also find their meats, cheeses, and other gourmet food some of the best from around the world. Or, you can go next door to Ramon’s Reef Resort Village for diving/snorkeling, fishing/boating or just swim off the dock in crystal blue waters. Walk to Carlos & Ernie’s Runway Bar and Grill or The Blue Water Grill restaurant in the heart of San Pedro. In fact its a 5 minute walk to just about everything in San Pedro. Great location

Wonderful location! Comfortable stay. There's only 2 actual bedrooms so not a lot of privacy if that's what you're seeking, but great for a group that is comfortable sharing space. Large with plenty of lounging space, and the team at the property management company was very accommodating.

Family Vacation

The trip was great. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. The team had great recommendations and helped us get transportation service when we needed it. When we come back.. we will for sure stay at the Dream Casa!

Paradise

This house is beyond perfect for a family of two or three depending on the number of people. The outdoor patios and landscape are just beautiful and the location could not be better! Whether you choose to walk or drive a golf cart to eat, shop or for water activities, the time it takes is minimal. Breakfast at Ramon's right next door is quite convenient and delicious. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to San Pedro.

Perfect Spot

Dream Casa is in the perfect location in San Pedro. Right next to Ramon's - you are as close to their dive center as you would be if you were staying there but there is another dock just to the South if you want to go with another operator. It is close to stores, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and the airport - there is a wine bar right across the street! You can wake up to see the beautiful sunrise with a hot cup of coffee every morning. The concept is open so the only completely private space is upstairs but there are plenty of places to grab a little solitude if you need it. It's clean and comfortable and everything works! Management is good and responsive. We have rebooked for next year.

family of 5 stay

Beautiful property with stunning views, way more than enough space for our family of 5. The caretakers checked on us each day if we needed anything like bottled water. Walking distance to many restaurants, and very easy to book things like snorkel tours off the pier next door. Would love to come back!

Nice place, great location

This place is perfectly located, comfortable and plenty big for 6-10 people. Its weirdly designed in that most rooms are open to each other 3/4 walls, no ceilings so no sound privacy, once first person is awake, everyone is. The living space is also weirdly divided (we moved the furniture around so it worked for us better). Master bedroom is open to the laundry and upstairs suite, so getting walked in on was a regular occurrence. Additionally the bathroom in the master has no door or ceiling it’s completely open … again wierd but as long as no one is shy it works. Kitchen is very functional was nice to cook in most meals other than a few dinners out. Grocery close by. Deck was great for morning sunrises and early afternoon sun then not direct sun later in the day which was great to get out of it by then. Ramon’s dive shop next door was great for the divers and snorkelers. We loved it sans the noise and lack of privacy amongst the 6 of us friends. We would stay again for sure, no regrets just a few surprises.

Nice respite in San Pedro

A nice respite from all the activities nearby that San Pedro offers. Air conditioning worked well and we all slept well in comfy beds. Location was great. We could not utilize the beautiful outdoor deck because there is no shading and the sun was intense. Ramon's Village next door had great meals if you weren't into cooking.

Weekend Getaway

The property is great for any group! Lots of beds and accommodations for sleep. We enjoyed the water view and being close to the resort for activities. The owner and manager were very responsive, immediately available for any issues that came up.

Wonderful Home

Starting with courtesy ride from the airport, Nellie and her team did a awesome job making us feel comfortable and at home. We got excellent recommendations for dining and local activities. This property location is walking distance to everything in San Pedro. For the further away adventures, they arranged for a golf cart to explore the Caye. Regarding the house itself many rentals get a bit overzealous when describing the size. Quite the opposite here, property was bigger and nicer than I was expecting, sleeping 11 could be easily achieved. I was on a boys’ weekend with my brothers and we could have easily had our wives along without feeling crowded. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the rooftop terrace. Would recommend walking Ramon Resort pier at night. It has underside blue lights illuminating the water and quite a few Tarpon and a few reef sharks showed up.

Great place, perfect location, nice property

Great place. Perfect location in town. Nice separation of space for a big group. Fantastic views from back patio. Easy access to the beach for a walk to restaurants/bars. Sunset happy hour on the roof top deck. House managers are super responsiveness and helpful. Nothing bad to say. We had a fantastic time and will be coming back for another stay at Dream Casa!

Best time ever!!!!!

Beautiful home in an amazing location. Everything from booking, to pick up to check out was very smooth. The property managers were very responsive with questions, organizing our cart and when I locked myself out of the safe!!!! Already looking for dates to book again. The view can’t be beat and my bed/pillows were the coziest!!

An amazing place!

We came to Belize for my son's wedding. He got married in San Ignacio and then our wedding party migrated to San Pedro. Dream Casa was exactly that... A dream home! We were right next to Ramon's who were so gracious to let us use their beach and pool. Sean and staff were soooo accommodating with any needs that we had. It was the perfect hub for our families because of the space and because of location. I could not have asked for a better spot. In fact the other 3 parties that were with us, were jealous of our location. lol Thank you. Perfect place for good sized group.

Located in the middle of EVERYTHING

A group of 6 of us stayed here in January 2020. It was, in a nutshell, perfect. The location literally cannot get better. It is located directly southwest of Ramon's resort. We had planned to stay at Ramon's, but a convention had taken all of the rooms. We were fortunate enough to rent Dream Casa were still able to eat breakfast of get smoothies at Ramon's. It should be noted that there IS a sea wall on the property, but Ramon's is lovely about using their beach. The grounds at Dream Casa are beautiful and came with a daily groundskeeper from 9 am - 12 pm every day. There are multiple areas to sit and relax inside and out. The home has 2 very large suites and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. While this was fine, It is a room that was added later and does not have a ceiling, therefore, if you have early risers, folks in that bedroom may be awoken earlier than they would prefer. There are additional sleeping areas for approximately 14 people and it might be slightly crowded in the bathrooms, but there would PLENTY of room for folks to sleep. The kitchen and family room area is where we spent much of our time. Everything you could want was there. The televisions have movie channels, which was nice to wind down after a long day in the sun. A washer and dryer are available, though you should bring your own laundry detergent. The dryer was broken down (a dial was not working). I called the property management and it was fixed within the hour. The home is air conditioned and there are many many ceiling fans. There is no real need to rent a golf cart for more than a couple days here as everything - hundreds of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping - is within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend the house and am hoping we can get it booked for next year's trip to paradise.

WOW!!!

This is the largest home in the San Pedro from my point of view. It was beyond all we expected. We were reserved on our opinion util we saw and stayed. A The house is HUGE with many areas to be alone. It sleeps 11 easily. The management was responsive to our questions and needs in every way. We could find nothing negative with this rental or stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this fantastic property on our second stay at Ambergris Caye. You will find nothing finer.
