Perfect Location
Perfect location, clean, comfortable with extra items for the beach. Just relax on the decks and watch the sunset or cross the street to enjoy Magic Sands beach.

Location, location, location
Right across the street from White Sands Beach, great pool and property amenities. All the restaurants and shopping you need within 3 miles. Property was clean and loved the huge balcony that overlooked the beach.

Best condo in town
Amazing views, clean, well stocked kitchen and condo, very convenient location to beach, personal parking space, lots of activity and beach items to use including umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards!
We will definitely be recommending this to friends and will be staying here again!

Great spot across our favorite beach!
This is the second time we stayed in this unit and we love this spot. The furnishings are a bit dated and the primary bedroom tv was sub-par, but with the view, location and other amenities at the condo complex, we easily overlooked those items. Management company was amazing and very responsive to all of our emails and questions.

Perfect ocean view
It's easy access to the beach, we can enjoy nice view from the room and eat/drink at the balcony with sunset.
Weekday night, there are too much noisy music on the street, but if you close the windows, no problems.

Beachfront home away from home
We loved our stay and our hosts stocked this condo with everything you could possibly need. They supplied beach toys, chairs & towels, coolers, pharmacy items, etc, etc.
The balcony was huge and well furnished, a great spot for morning coffee and nighttime cocktails.
Should we be lucky enough to visit the Big Island in the future weād be happy to stay here again.

White Sands
We rate it a 4+. Beautiful view, great location, clean condo complex. The only down side is the 5 homeless living 150ā away on the beach with their 4 dogs barking 24 hours a day.

A White Sands Treasure
The location was the best in the complex with the beach and the sunset views unobstructed.
Parking was great. Some of the kitchen equipment was in need of rehab due to the age of the complex but other amenities were very nice.

Brilliant beach front condo
Only place we saw with a beach just across the road. Alii drive was quite quiet so the road didnt detract from the beautiful location with great sunsets. Had to swim every day and most days had a turtle for company in the water.
Big island is a superb place to visit. Only thing was two weeks went by too quick.

Best location possible
Incredible location with beach and sunset view. Magic sands is a beautiful lively beach and only sandy beach in the area. Huge patio was great for enjoying the gorgeous Kailua-Kona weather ( best weather weāve had on Big Island) and view. Complex had great activities such as pool, BBQ, pool table, etc. Hosts also provided everything needed for day at the beach for 4+ people. This was the perfect place for our family. Wish we were still there.

Great place at decent price
In good location at ok price. Needs updated dishwasher, bathroom facilities and mattresses (on the hard side). Great view of ocean and very clean. We were very pleased about all the extras which included large ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo, soap, sunscreen and bug spray. Magic Sands beach really has no beach (mainly rocks) but Kahalu'u beach is very close and Hapuna beach not far away. Would definitely stay there again.

The lanai was A+
We paid extra for this unit compared to our other experiences renting at this condo complex. Having such a large lanai on the 2nd floor overlooking the beach was really the draw but the place does need some work inside to justify that extra cost. Working with the management was easy and they were responsive to our needs.

Fantastic view of beach and ocean from second floor balcony. Very comfortable unit with good beds. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are old and need repair or replacement. Private parking is great.

Amazing view
The location is great and the condo very spacious. It badly needs ome updates--the 90s era dishwasher broke and we had to wash our dishes by hand at the last minute. But the managers were very patient in helping us navigate the Covid documentation which we appreciated.

Nice view but falling apart
The view of the beach is great as shown, but it does get pretty noisy during the day and evening. Washer broke and a fix attempt was made but it didnāt work so we had dirty stinky clothes for most of the trip. Lots of roaches which I think is common is Hawaii but not any less disturbing. Would not recommend or rent again.

While we're glad you enjoyed the view, we regret that the noise and maintenance issue with the washer impacted your experience. We understand how inconvenient that must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to resolve it during your stay.
Regarding the pests, you're rightāHawaiāiās tropical climate can make roaches more common, especially in coastal areas. That said, we understand how unsettling they can be and are actively working with our pest control providers to ensure we stay on top of it.

The location of this property is superb. The shower head in the small bathroom barely yielded a trickle of water. This wasn't an issue for us since there was just the two of us. This would have been an issue with a family.
