FOUR-SEASON SUNROOM: Enjoy our beautiful sunroom full of couches surrounded by pines and trees to enjoy nature and share good moments.

DECK AND BACKYARD
with brand new patio furniture like a dining area and lounge seating. Great outdoor space for grilling, right next to a golf course.

GAME ROOM (heated)
with a 7ft billiard table, a professional-sized tennis table (ping pong), darts, and a 75' smart tv. It is for everyone to spend time together doing group activities.
This space could also be used as a rehearsal room, dance studio, gym room, ideal for yoga practice, etc. (Please ask for details).

1st MASTER BEDROOM:
with a California King bed and lots of space, high ceilings, a private bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a jetted jacuzzi that look out a large and beautiful window to enjoy the foliage in summer and the snow in winter!

2nd MATER BEDROOM: Spacious room with King sized bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and windows. It has a private walking closet.

3rd BEDROOM: Big room on the main floor, with a King bed and beautiful windows. It has a spacious closet.

4th BEDROOM: it is a den attached to the 3rd bedroom with an arrangement for 4 people (two full beds). Long ceiling to floor curtains add privacy to this bedroom.

3 BATHROOMS: one located in the first master bedroom, the second in the other master bedroom and the third one is a full bathroom with a shower located on the main floor close to bedrooms 3 and 4.

LIVING ROOM:
Big new and comfortable couches, a beautiful fireplace and a Samsung 4K Smart TV 43’' (For all streaming Apps, you can log in with your ID).
Relax and enjoy board games like chess, Monopoly, cards, dices, etc.

KITCHEN:
Chef-style kitchen equipped with everything you might need, dishwasher, microwave and a Samsung refrigerator with family hub.
There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a classic Cuisinart coffee maker, a stainless steel tea kettle, and a new toaster.
Our open-concept living and kitchen area includes a modern breakfast point.

Formal dining room for 10 people with a nice big window and well connected to the kitchen.
