Amazing location for hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding or just relaxing in this stylish Pocono home. There are two different areas to hang out in addition to the space outside. The lower level has a sitting area, card game table, pool table, board games, and flat screen TV. You will find a nice size bathroom and 2 bedrooms with queen beds & TVs in both of them. Upstairs has the kitchen, dining and family room w/ pull out couch. Master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed and all have TVs.

Outside has a hot tub, firepit, and additional chairs with a table to enjoy eating or relaxing outdoors. NOTE: The home features steep stairs that may be challenging for some guests

Shout out to the owners. They had a flood in the basement of the property I booked. They set me up with another property immediately right on the water, more expensive and didn’t charge me an extra dime. Classy individuals I’d rent from them again 10/10.

We loved our stay here! It had all the amenities we needed! The kids played pool, we enjoyed the hot tub, we played games around the large kitchen table and watched endless tennis on the large living room tv. Added bonus was the club where the kids taught us pickleball, went kayaking on the lake and took a dip in the pool. The location of the house was excellent, close to markets, restaurants and the many water parks and hiking trails.Finally, a big shout out to Brian and Stacy, incredibly responsive to our every need! Thank you for trusting us with your wonderful property.

Great place

Had a great time with family and friends. Due to weather we got stuck indoor, but thankfully the games, pool table and tv kept everyone entertained.

We had a very relaxing time. Enjoyed the pool table, games, movies, and Hot Tub. We were comfortable, felt at home and had everything we needed. Host was very easy to contact.

Great house and Location

The house is great and is exactly as pictured. The hosts were great and responded very quickly. Al of the amenities were awesome and we had more than we could have imagined. Shopping outlets and casino is minutes away. We would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent. Clean and Neat Home

We had a wonderful stay ! The house was super clean. Jesse the property manager and the hosts were very accessible and helpful with all our questions and very prompt Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cutlery. Linens were also very clean. We had a lovely stay in your wonderful home. The check in and out process was simple and convenient. Thank you so much

Quiet getaway

The property was part of a quiet, private community. My friends and I were looking for a place to relax, unwind, and play some board games. The addition of a pool table and hot tub helped with that. The communication with the owners was quick and accurate. I recommend!

Short and sweet

My college friends and I and spouses had a great time. The house was clean. The hot tub was hot !!!!!! The beds were comfortable and the couches were comfortable and warmHeat. The downstairs bedroom ( one of two) didn’t have properly working heat

I have a few complaints. It’s not pet friendly. The steps in the house and outside the house don’t even look in code. Too steep and each step is too tall. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor. Bbq on ground floor. So every time you want to barbecue, you have to carry the food from the second floor down the steep steps and then outside and then when you’re done barbecuing, you have to bring the food in go back up the steep steps and eat upstairs. I was very disappointed in my trip. I will not be going back. I do not have any photos because I was disgusted with the place and didn’t want to take any

We are truly sorry to hear that your stay was disappointing. We want to directly address the critical concerns you raised: 1. We have had many pets stay at the home multiple times and was surprised that you felt it is not pet friendly. 2. The listing does makes note of the steep stairs and that it may difficult for some guests. 3. We recognize that the kitchen on the second floor, and the BBQ on the ground floor, created significant and frustrating inconvenience during your stay. This structural design is a fixed feature of the home. Additionally, the listing does have the house configuration included, which does show the multi-level layout of the home. During your stay there was no communication or notification of dissatisfaction. We would hope in the future, for other hosts, that you communicate with them so that they may have the opportunity to resolve the issue. If we would have known your dissatisfaction, we could have possibly moved you to a different property. We also recommend that you review the listing in full before making a reservation to ensure the property will meet your needs and provide an enjoyable environment for you and your guests.

12 hours into our stay the downstairs shower and toilet started spewing human waste-water, spreading from the bathroom, to the hallway, to the bedrooms. We have videos of water spewing out of the exterior wall, and the sewage bubbling out of the pipe in the yard. This all happened about an hour or two before the wedding, the reason we (a group of 8 of us) had traveled here in the first place. After attempting to call the property manager several times and only receiving text messages back, we attempted to contact the owner, who was unavailable. Half of our party missed the ceremony because they’re bedrooms had flooded with human waste, and then the other half missed the rest of the wedding (and I mean HOURS) on the phone with Vrbo customer support, trying to find lodging for our guests. The owners of the Vrbo did not reach out until almost 8 hours later, once some kind Vrbo employee was able to help us find a place to stay. Please get your septic pumped.

Less than optimal

The downstairs is musty, we cleaned mildew off window sills when we arrived. Recycling can was over flowing and there was trash in the yard when we arrived. Recycling was emptied a few days later but trash remained. Kitchen counters were sticky and there was food on 3 cabinet fronts. Hot tub was filthy (quickly rectified) but there are no stairs, I bought a stool and left it. There are no dressers for clothes storage in any bedroom and only a few hangers for 5 bedrooms; I bought hangers and a hanging storage thing; left them there. 5 out of 7 a/c units leaked into the house (even on beds) when it rained, flooded downstairs floor. Linens and towels are low quality, some stained and not many of them there. No couch in the game area to watch movies or play video games, teenagers bought a futon to make it more comfortable. The manager contacted me several times to check in, offered me some sort of refund (which I haven't seen;) don't want to have to be checked on everyday on vacation, prefer it be as it should and be enjoyed instead of having to deal with issue after issue. Not a well stocked/furnished place, lots of things over looked. Shoddily put together (a/c units, deck railings, etc) Stairs not easy to manage with luggage (just FYI if mobility is an issue.) Wanted a peaceful, clean, relaxing vacation rental without issues, this was not the place for that.
