Each level, a complete unit in it`s own right, combine to make the perfect group vacation getaway.

UPPER UNIT: Pink Pearl North

Step into the upper unit, Pink Pearl North, designed for a perfect couples` escape. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a comfortable king-sized bed with silky white bedding. The bedroom, with eclectic decor and antiques from around the world, invites true relaxation. Ample storage, including a dresser and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer, adds to the convenience. The well-appointed bathroom features a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity, and plush towels. The open living room with high ceilings offers a cozy sofa bed, a large TV, and stunning Gulf of Mexico views. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table for 6 and additional deck seating, caters to all your culinary needs. There is private deck with large cover that faces West to provide the perfect spot to watch the sunset. There is also an electric grill on this level for outdoor cooking. Sleeps 4

LOWER UNIT: Pink Pearl South

Pink Pearl South, the lower unit, also featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bath is equally as wonderful. The bedroom offers a plush king bed, ample space, and beautiful decor. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a large vanity, and plush towels. The living room, with a sofa bed and seating for 5, provides relaxation and Gulf views. The kitchenette is well-equipped with essential amenities, and the dining room table seats 3. Step outside to the covered deck with a dining table and seating area, offering breathtaking Gulf views. Sleeps 4.

When the entire property is rented there is plenty of room to park a boat as well.

Note: Access to the lower unit requires guests to climb 1 flight of stairs, the upper unit requires 2 flights of stairs. Each level is available to rent individually as well if you are looking for something a little smaller.

This pet-friendly property welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left to bark.
