Beautiful Lake Chelan condo at Peterson's Waterfront. Condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, with queen size murphy bed, sleeps 6. Just 3 Blocks from Downtown Chelan, a short 10 min. walk. Overlooking the lake with pool and hot tub. Condo is on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the lake. 1 floor up from parking lot and 2 floors down to the lake. Our building also has an elevator for those that need assistance. Many wineries close by.

Check-in time is 5pm, check-out time is 11am. You can always call the office the morning of your arrival to see if they can accommodate an earlier check-in.

Upon check-in, you will receive one parking pass for our unit’s reserved spot and one additional visitor parking pass if requested.

It is not uncommon for people to book a year in advance for the summer months, we have many repeat guests year after year and are typically booked solid every summer by beginning of May.

-The office offers the following items for use, free of charge: canoes, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, bikes, tennis rackets and volleyballs.

Free Wifi is provided by the Peterson’s Waterfront office, we are not responsible for Wifi in the unit or on the property and do not personally provide Wifi to our guests. There is no guarantee that Wifi will be working 100% of the time. If you are planning on working while at the lake and are dependent upon wifi we recommend that you bring a wifi hotspot with you.

**No smoking and no pets allowed (resort policy)

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

If Peterson’s Waterfront is under a level 2 or 3 evacuation due to fires in the area we will issue a full refund. If Peterson’s Waterfront is issuing refunds to their guests due to air quality concerns we will also issue a refund. It is very rare that refunds are issued for air quality concerns.
