The house itself is very nice as long as the weather outside is not warm. Unfortunately, since the house has no A/C and you can't open the windows and doors (several doors were open and most windows have no screens and there are a lot of mosquitos and flies) the house gets incredibly warm. It was in the upper 80s in the house even at night and despite have some box fans, it was too hot for most of us to sleep. Several of us went to a hotel the last night we were there. The house is filled with fans, so they know they heat is an issue, but the fans do little to nothing to actually cool off the house. If you're going when the temperature is below 70, you should be fine. Also, there is no beach access or view of the ocean right now. This is not the fault of the owner as the city has built berms on the beach, but it makes it so you're not able to see or access the ocean which is the main reason for getting a beach house. Until those are removed, it's not really worth staying in this location. The location itself is great though. Nice and quiet and within walking distance of several restaurants and bars.
