Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Newport Beach/Balboa Peninsula house. 2800 sf. residence fully rennovated in 2015. Located on Ocean Ave, it is a very brief walk to the sand.

Equipped with free Wifi & Flat panel TV's in each bedroom plus the family room. Two balconies off the front bedrooms and private courtyard area. Just seconds from the sand at the most desirable part of Newport Beach. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top end appliances.

Appliances: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Trash Compactor, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Wine Fridge & Outside Gas BBQ. Full washroom with washer & dryer.

Tile floors throughout the house.

4 bedrooms equipped with queen beds and one with a full. Two with french sliding doors and balconies.

Beautiful garage with 6 bikes and an exterior shower for rinsing the beach sand off.

Large front patio for outside dining or hanging out and enjoyinhg the weather.


Newport Beach is 'family-friendly' and has plenty of activities that you and your family will enjoy. Ride bikes along the 2.5-mile boardwalk or sip shakes at Ruby's on the Balboa Pier. Rent a small electric boat to cruise the harbor or watch body surfers at the world-famous Wedge. Rollerblade around Balboa Island or shop your heart out at Fashion Island. Dine at five-star restaurants or parasail over the Pacific Ocean. Whether day or night, our city is full of activity. With mild temperatures, gentle summer surfbreaks, and amazing scenery, Newport Beach is the place to be!

Yachting – A Newport Beach Tradition - Featuring the largest small boat harbor in the world, Newport Beach is a sailing and boating enthusiast’s dream. Newport is home to more than 9,000 boats and yachts and visitors can enjoy harbor cruises and charters, which tour the destination’s charming bay. Sail and motor boat rentals are available, as are as romantic gondola rides through the intricate canals of the harbor. Take a short drive to Balboa Village and hop the ferry to Balboa Island with its quaint Main Street shops. Bicycle along the boardwalk to Newport Pier and and on to Balboa Pier or visit the legendary surfing spot at Peninsula Point.
A favorite spot for sportfishing, the waters of Newport Beach teem with barracuda, yellowtail bonito, shark and halibut. Other aquatic activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing or boogie boarding at Big Corona Beach. During the winter months, visitors can observe the California Grey Whale migration as well as other marine life such as dolphins, sea lions and seals.

We ALWAYS stay here. Great property for a family. Great amenities and so many items - bikes, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Everything you need. Great floor plan and a fantastic location . WE LOVE THIS PLACE. We have stayed here multiple times. It won’t dissapoint you

Next door construction

This property is amazing and the amenities are perfect, HOWEVER, I wish we would have been warned about the construction next door nap time was difficult for our granddaughter and you could not enjoy the patio due to the noise I was disappointed, I have stayed there before and love the property. Just wish I would have been told about construction. Kind of ruined the stay a little

Balboa stay

Yeah, it was a very nice house. However, the house next-door was under construction and the house next to it and there was a ridiculous amount of noise every morning woke us up right in early on vacation which would’ve been nice to know when booking that the house next-door is torn down and under construction.

Lovely home, great neighborhood

This is the second time we've stayed here for our spring break vacation. We had such a great time last year that the family begged to stay in the exact same place this year! It really is a lovely home in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, only steps away from the beach. The beach cruiser bicycles got used every day along the bike and footpath that parallels the beach for several miles. Well appointed kitchen for preparing your own meals. Multiple restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Just a fantastic place!

Perfect for Family Thanksgiving!

Such a lovely home - and location - for our family Thanksgiving gathering! With a party of 7 adults, 1 teen and 1 infant, we had plenty of living and personal space for all of us. The pictures are very accurate, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness. The bikes and beach chairs were wonderful (we did bring our own bike locks thanks to another review), and there were plenty of paper products available. Overall a terrific home worth a return visit! Thank you to the hosts!

Wonderful Newport Staycation

Everything about the stay was great. The communication with the property manager was timely, clear and concise. The check-in process was simple. The house was in excellent condition - clean and well appointed. It had everything for a great beach day - beach cruisers, bodyboards, sand toys, towels and more. The location was excellent - a very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Newport destinations like Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Newport Pier. I would definitely recommend.

Fun with Family and Friends

Great location near beach, bay, shops, stores, restaurants, and Fun Zone. Everything was readily available and easy to find in this upgraded home. Property Manager responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns. There are six bikes that are available to be used, however they should be tuned up and the combination on the locks should be provided. Thank you so much, my family had a wonderful time there together.

Great home

It was perfect.. we stay in Newport every summer and this house was one of our favorites.. the amenities were great, parking great, beach super close and not much of a bike ride to balboa pier and fu. Zone. We loved it !!

Lovely Beach House!

We loved staying at this house! Property manager & home owner we’re super nice and accommodating. The outdoor shower is perfect for kids after the beach, and the furniture has been updated! The photos don’t do this place justice.

Best Birthday Ever in New Port

We loved the New Port house. It was so roomy and the location was fabulous. We would definitely return to this property. The house was so well supplied with extras. We loved having the bikes and all the beach chairs.

A Wonderful Vacation on Balboa Peninsula

The house is ideally located in a very nice neighborhood and just a short block from the beach. Great area to ride bike that are provided. Only suggestion is that the bikes need maintenance. Lots of additional beach toys are also provided. We will be back!

Terrific property, great location!

We booked the property for our spring break vacation. The home easily accommodated all 8 of us. It was very clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated with beach and coastal accents. Literally steps away from the beach, but away from the busier streets in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes are beautiful. Our kids loved using the beach cruisers and could take bike rides all the way to Newport pier. Beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We could prepare all our meals in the large kitchen. Overall we were extremely pleased, and would definitely rent this particular property again!

Family Christmas

It was great! The house was perfect and very well stocked with towels, paper products, laundry products, bikes, beach equipment, 2 car garage and everything was in good working condition. The bedrooms were very comfortable and private. The kitchen was equipped with everything and we were happy to find a wine fridge! The laundry was perfect for keeping the baby in clean clothes. The location was also excellent in that it was half a block to the beach yet in a quiet neighborhood. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get much chance to use the 2 patios but they were very comfortable and added space to spread out. We had 8 adults and 1 infant so the space was well used! We never felt crowded but had a cozy comfortable family Christmas in a perfect home. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome house just steps from the beach!

This is a wonderful, clean and nicely appointed home perfect for your family

This is our second stay in this lovely, clean and nicely appointed home at the beach. We love the quiet neighborhood near the end of Balboa Peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of the main beaches. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay including bikes, beach chairs and towels. Looking forward to our next visit!

Love this Beach House.

The rental is one of the best we've rented. It is a beautiful home, with each room well furnished. Beds are comfortable , restroom are well stocked with everything you need. Nice kitchen centered in the home stocked with all you need to have home cooked meals. We loved this rental.

Perfect house for a family vacation!

My family loves to visit Newport Beach and this is our favorite house. This was our 3rd time staying in the house, and we love it. The house is beautiful and has everything your family will need with lots of space for everyone. They provide bikes and everything for the beach which is only a short walk, along with picturesque sunsets will have us coming back time and time again.
