Overall, the trip was great. the only issue was the first bedroom had a dip in the bed. So, that made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Family Get-a-way

The property was well kept and provided a much needed relaxing few days. Extremely clean so had no concerns. Thankful we were on the 2nd floor even though the beach view was limited due to the long elevator waits during arrival and departure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great four weeks in this condo. It has a great, great view and was located on the 2nd floor which was very convenient.

Super busy building

The Condo building was so packed and elevators where always packed. The condo could use some deep cleaning. The washing machine was very dirty. The pool was right outside. Which was very noisy during the day if you are wanting to take a nap. We had a problem with noise at the pool past 10pm and the security really didn't help. The property manager did help the problem.

The location is ok for Orange Beach. The pictures in the ad are of the place before it got old. The bedding and couch are brown and yellow from age and the 2nd bedroom door wonā€™t shut unless you shove the bed into the wall each time. Outside, the cookie out in the hallway floor was there when I got there and there when I left four days later. This unit is a coveted lower floor unit right above the pool but itā€™s nowhere near the pool if you are walking. The host ignored my texts through the app entirely.

The property could use an update.

The condo is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. The location is great in the area and the complex. Most times we didnā€™t even use the elevator. The balcony door wouldnā€™t close, we called on Sunday morning and again on Tuesday. Someone came to ā€œfixā€ it on Tuesday. But it still didnā€™t stay closed and we had a crane working next door so we had a problem watching TV in the living room. The dishwasher is so loud you can only use it when you going to be out for a while. The couch cushions are very flat and need to be replaced. But overall we had an awesome time and will return!

Poor Cleanliness

The overall condo condition was average but it definitely needs a good cleaning. After checking in, before getting our luggage and going to the beach, we decided to go straight to the condo. You could feel and hear the sand on the floor throughout the entire condo as you walked. There was a film on the kitchen counter and more buildup around the sink. Behind the bathroom doors did not seem to be swept in months with dirt and hair buildup. There was old soap in the master bathroom. There was dried food on multiple dishes. The condo decor was nice but after years of staying in many condos, this one was the worst based on cleanliness.

Perfect location

We had stayed at a different property 4 nights. That home was wonderful, however the experience was not. We decided to get an extra night and I was able to book this place late the night before we checked in. It was a perfect location, home was a little bit older and needed a little work, shower door off track, screen door off track, little things, but overall the property was beautiful and would definitely book again.
