The Space:

From your high-floor perch, you sip coffee while the skyline slowly comes to life, the air warm and breezy throughout the day. Evenings bring a softer glow, with city lights flickering beneath you as you unwind above it all.
The space
Set on the 26th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this entire condo places you just one block from Waikiki Beach while offering a quieter retreat above the city. The private balcony opens to sweeping mountain and city skyline views, creating a comfortable place to pause between outings. Elevator access and a designated parking space make arrivals simple.
Living area
The living space is arranged for relaxed downtime after exploring the neighborhood. A sectional sleeper sofa offers flexible seating and sleeping space, while a 65 inch HDTV with cable is ready for laid-back evenings. Fast wifi - 213 Mbps and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, and sliding doors connect directly to the balcony.

The place was in immaculate condition. The view was stunning. Close to some great restaurants. 2 blocks from the beach. The bed was amazing and we slept great!

Great having parking included! The elevator situation is a little challenging at times. Wait times can be excessive as there was a broken elevator as well. But overall great location and condo itself was very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities.

we usually have good experiences with the VRBO properties we have visited. this property really stood out for the ease of dealing with the host agency. any question was answered promptly and with extreme courtesy. each person we dealt with at Midway Vacations Company was friendly and very helpful. this unit was obviously recently renovated and done with a lot of attention to the details that would aid to the guest's comfort. Lanie, Pattie and Kyla were each a delight to deal with and followed up to make sure we had no other questions or needs. thank you all so much for helping to make our stay so perfect. we look forward to dealing with you again on our next trip to Honolulu. 3

Wonderful Waikiki location
This condo is modern and well-located to Waikiki Beach, the downtown shopping area of Honolulu, and Diamond Head. Truly something for everyone. The building is secure, fairly well maintained, and in easy walking distance to so many interesting places. The kitchen appears to be well-stocked although we didn't use it. It also has all of the starter supplies you would expect from a vacation rental plus a comfortable bed and decent (not ocean) view. There is a cafe in the facility and plenty of restaurants within a block or two.Note: We love VRBO for the "O" (owner) aspect as we enjoy working with property owners. This condo is rented through a property management company and as such, has more of an institutional feel (think hotel). The are very responsive and well-managed but it does lack the personal touch that we valued from previous rentals.
