The Space:

Trade winds and the scent of salt air greet you from the 32nd floor of the Waikiki Banyan, where layered views of ocean, mountain, and city skyline stretch out across the horizon. This high-floor condo puts you one block from the beach with the kind of elevated perspective that makes every morning feel like an occasion.



Living space

The living area is arranged for easy downtime - a pull-out sofa, relaxed seating, and a 55-inch Smart TV make it a comfortable place to decompress after a day out. A window AC unit keeps the space cool, and fast Wi-Fi (220 Mbps) handles streaming, video calls, and remote work without interruption. Sliding doors open directly onto the private lanai, where outdoor furniture invites you to sit with your morning coffee or watch Honolulu's lights come on as evening settles in.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is a private retreat separated by a sliding door, with a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, clothing storage with a closet and dresser, and room-darkening shades for a restful night. The pull-out sofa in the living area provides a flexible second sleeping space, making the condo well suited for up to four guests.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - GE stainless steel electric stove, GE single oven, GE refrigerator, microwave, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and silverware. A Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses round out the setup. This was the perfect location. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It was close to the beach and shopping. The unit was clean and ready for us. They were remodeling the pool area, but I am sure it will be amazing. The parking was a bonus!! Would stay here again!!!!
