The Space:

Morning light filters across the skyline as trade winds drift through the open lanai, carrying the soft scent of the nearby ocean. From this elevated perch above Waikiki, you can take in layered views of city, mountains, and blue horizon while easing into the day. Evenings settle into a relaxed rhythm, with island breezes and glowing city lights just beyond your balcony.



The space

Set on the 32nd floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this condo offers a comfortable place to return between beach outings and exploring Honolulu. The living area is arranged for downtime, with a sofa that converts into additional sleeping space, a TV, and fast wifi that supports streaming or remote work. A window AC unit helps keep the space cool, and sliding doors open directly onto the private patio or balcony, inviting you to step outside and unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is a private retreat separated by a sliding door, featuring a king bed, TV, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Room-darkening shades help create a restful setting, while the sofa bed in the living area provides flexibility for additional guests.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

This was the perfect location. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It was close to the beach and shopping. The unit was clean and ready for us. They were remodeling the pool area, but I am sure it will be amazing. The parking was a bonus!! Would stay here again!!!!
