ENJOY A VACATION AWAY FROM THE CROWDS. THIS UPDATED AND TASTEFULLY FURNISHED GROUND-FLOOR 1-BEDROOM, 1-BATH CONDO IS NESTLED BETWEEN PRISTINE SANDY BEACHES AND BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS AT THE TURTLE BAY RESORT.

Miles of pristine beaches are just a short walk away, perfect for beach combing, sunbathing, relaxation, snorkeling, diving, surfing, kayaking, etc.

Enjoy this most desirable location on the first hole of the Fazio Golf Course, facing the ocean and sunsets at the Kuilima Estates West.

Fully furnished with a mix of Bali meets Hawaii and completely remodeled with traertine floors and granite countertops, it sleeps up to 4 people: a queen-size bed in the bedroom with A/C, and a sofa bed in the living room. Very well equipped with flat screen 55" 4K TV, WiFi, books, DVDs, beach toys, etc.

Conveniently located but away from it all -- 4 miles to Sunset Beach and Pipeline, 12 miles to Historic Haleiwa town, 15 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, 45 minutes to Honolulu Airport and 6 hours from the West Coast.

The Kuilima West sits on the skirts of the Fazio golf course and features manicured landscaped grounds, three swimming pools, two tennis courts and walking paths.

Turtle Bay is a unique area located on the pristine Northeast Corner of Oahu. The resort area includes a 350 room luxury beach resort with many amenities open to the public: a swimming cove great for snorkeling nearly year-round, several surf spots, horse stables, two world class golf courses (Fazio and Palmer), four great restaurants, miles of walking /biking trails, and a poolside bar with incomparable sunset views.

Unit 53 is a ground floor unit of approximately 780 sq. ft. with a screened lanai. Located on the Kuilima West's gold coast, facing the ocean, first hole and sunsets. Just 0.3 miles to Stables beach and the resort, less than 1 mile from Kawela Bay.

For our family of 3 adults and one five-year old, this unit had a great location! Quiet and beautiful access to closed golf course. The beach, stables, and hiking trails were nearby, within 5-10 min walk.The unit itself is well kept, adequate supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Stove, frig, and microwave, washer and dryer all worked well. Unfortunately dishwasher left alot of residue on dishes, so we just handwashed.The unit meet our needs for 3 nights we were there. The only neg was the panty/kitchen closet door where trash can was stored wouldn't open, doorknob was broken. We texted the number and received almost immediately response. Even sent repair guy the following day. Also fixed the front entry doorknob as we had difficulty opening it. As with most units in the area, this unit felt well used, but clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute little condo,homey,clean,accesible to calm water to swim in ,ten minute walk.This adorable condo was quiet ,well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies and feels like home ! Although, fyi to owner the linensneed washed after every person. The linens did not seem fresh .Perhaps new linens? Thankyou for allowing us to stay we definitely would love to stay here again!

Fine appartment - poor eqiupment

The Unit in it self is fine, but the couchbed is the worst bed i’ve ever slept in. My wife and I, ended up sleeping on the floor. Most of the lamps in the unit didn’t work.The aircondition wasn’t good enough to cooldown the entire unit. Oh an there were no turtles at the Bay.

Do Not Stay Here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a trip for a family wedding and were planning on staying at this condo for the whole trip. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the condo. In the listing, states air conditioning but when we arrived it was a window unit that had aluminum foil around the frame and it was unable to properly cool down the condo. The fans that were provided did not work either. The condo was poorly cleaned. There was dried urine on the toilet and dirt/food/ dust all over the condo. There was holes within in the condo that allowed rodents to come in. When reaching out with my concerns, I didn’t feel validated and we ended up leaving the condo early. They compensated 2 nights because I left early. However this is not enough and does not meet my needs.

Fantastic Location

Great price. Great location. Comfortable bed. All necessary kitchen/bath amenities were available. Amazing breeze when windows/ doors are open to cool the house. We had a fantastic stay. Only complaint- the couch and “coffee table” basket in the living room are non functional. The cushions slide down off the couch and the basket is not conducive for any use whatsoever. If those two items were replaced, would be 5 stars. We didn’t come to Oahu to watch tv, but it would have been nice to have a comfy place to relax in the evening.

Catfish condo

Dont stay here. Full size bed, old linens, bleach stained towels. Mildew smell in closets is overwhelming. Dirt stained bathtub. Old man lives upstairs hasn't found Aloha spirit. Thin ceiling walking upstairs at 6:30 am woke us up every morning. Only nice thing is the closed golf course outside if lanai. .

Relaxing, Rejuvenating Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation, and enjoyed our VRBO stay. We traveled a lengthy distance to attend a friend's wedding and staying here we were so close to the ocean, wedding venue, and many other guests/friends. It worked out perfectly! This condo had everything we could need; we especially enjoyed the beach chairs and sunscreen in the bathroom cupboard as we were at the beach almost every day. Thank you for helping make our stay so comfortable, we had a lovely time.

Nice property, uncomfortable furniture

We stayed for a week during Christmas with family staying on other units at the same property. Our condo was the most updated of our group. The property manager communicated everything ahead of time, access was easy (except finding 3 different pool codes!), and parking was convenient. The only real complaint is the furniture. The mattress is VERY soft and likely should be replaced. Likewise, the loveseat/foldout in the living area is barely usable with the cushions being out of shape and the mattress being very thin. The side chair in the living room was not much better. We spent most of the time sitting on the wood dining chairs and patio chairs.

Warm & Humid, but it's Hawaii.

AC in bedroom was just OK. Warm and humid in rest of unit. Would be hard without fans. Well appointed unit with everything you need. Internet was great! Great location since most of our activities were on the North Shore.

Great place to stay

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is close to the beach and has several pools within the development. There are plenty of beaches within driving distance and it is close to Foodland, Farm stands, Food Trucks and a few towns. The only downside is there is only a window unit AC in the bedroom.
