Barnacle Bill’s is a luxe inlet-front escape in the heart of Garden City Beach, featuring two stylish living spaces, a private pool, and panoramic water views—perfect for group getaways or peaceful retreats. With designer touches like coastal tones, hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, and a chef-ready kitchen, this breezy haven invites everything from laid-back lounging to sunset views and seafood feasts just minutes away.

PRIVATE POOL
(19' x 10')
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $250 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round; however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

PRIVATE DOCK
Guests are welcome to use the dock for leisure. Boat use is allowed with prior approval. Water levels drop significantly at low tide, so please remove boats beforehand to avoid them sitting in mud.
