Friends and Family Basecamp in Kanab

Welcome to Mulberry Place in Kanab. The perfect gathering place for friends and families to relax after an amazing day of exploring the area. This 2,800 sqft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, trails, city parks, local festivities, etc. The kitchen/dining area is well stocked and provides seating for 12-14 people. The best room in the house is the 900 sq. ft. great room where conversations start in the morning over coffee (or hot chocolate) and end in the evening with your favorite nightcap.

Enjoy the huge fenced yard with large patios, BBQ, tables, and lawn areas to relax and watch the world go by or play yard games. Don’t be surprised if you see a deer or two waltzes by the front yard in the early mornings or late evenings.

There are five beds - a king bed in the master bedroom and bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a queen bed plus a twin daybed. There is also a queen air mattress and bedding available if you need another bed. Infant travel bed available upon request. If you need more room, there is an upstairs apartment that rents separately, "The Cozy Hideout," which sleeps 2-3 can be booked separately. The home is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a 75" TV in the great room and smaller TV's in each bedroom. The home has central heat and baseboard heaters and is cooled with wall A/C units.

There is over a quarter acre of parking for larger vehicles, RVs, and ATV trailers. Plus, you can drive your ATV right from Mulberry Place to many of the popular ATV trails.

The home is well stocked with supplies. If you find that you need anything during your stay please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to make your stay the best it can be!

Please no smoking or vaping indoors, and no pets are allowed.

Other things to note:
For your safety and security, our home is equipped with two outdoor cameras. Rest assured, they are only used to monitor the front and back doors to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests.
