Welcome to Meribella's Escape, a delightful condo nestled in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. This charming condo offers a spacious 2 bedroom & 2 1/2-bathroom layout. Close proximity to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Modern kitchen & appliances. Inviting outdoor space for relaxation. Convenient two car parking right in front of the unit. Discover the perfect blend of comfort & coastal living at " Meribella's Escape". This beautiful unit sleeps a max of 6 people. Newly remodeled & updated to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The Space:
-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Max counting children of all ages.
-2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath.
-Well stocked kitchen
-Master bedroom: King bed
-Bedroom 2: Offers 2 Queen beds
-Bathroom 1: Tub/shower combo
-Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo
-Bathroom 3: Half bath (located downstairs)

Activities are just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park.
If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home.
A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields. Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received back within 48 hours guests will forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit right in front of the condo. No exceptions to this rule. Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles. There will be 2 proximity cards left inside the unit when guests arrive. These cards are how all guests will be able to enter Gulf Highlands security gate. Property Patrol will be at the gate 24 hours to let guests inside the resort until they can get to their cards that are left inside the condo. Upon checkout guests are responsible for leaving the 2 proximity cards inside the unit. If either are missing or damaged additional charges will be applied & guests are responsible for covering the charge to replace them. The cards are $25.00 each. So, $50.00 for 2. Same goes for guests that lose either cards or damage either cards during their stay. There will be a $25.00 charge for each card before we are able to drop new ones off. It's the guests responsibility to leave the cards on their checkout date & to keep up with the cards during their stay.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort. No exceptions.

This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.

There is a ring camera protecting the unit. This camera is for our protection & yours. If you tamper or cover the camera in anyway this is grounds for immediate eviction. Please do not cover or tamper with the camera.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

We respectfully ask that you do not rearrange kitchens or move any of our furniture. Additional charges will apply.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
We never want our guests rushing straight to the store when they arrive!
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

Gulf Highlands Terms & Conditions: If any of these rules are violated by guests you will be responsible for the fine associated with each violation & will be evicted immediately with no refund.
- Not following leash laws. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the condo at any given time. $100.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- Not following pet waste regulations. All waste must be picked up from your dog. $100.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- No parking pass. All vehicles must have parking pass displayed in the vehicle. $100.00 fine.
- Reckless Driving of Golf Carts. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine.
- Underage Golf Cart Driving. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine.
- Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $100.00 fine.
- Violating Noise Ordinance $100.00 fine.
- Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.

We had a great stay! The cleanliness of this unit was top tier and much appreciated so we could enjoy our vacation! The condo was spacious and had a very functional layout. Plenty to do for kids on the property and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a Wonderful Time. The Place was Beautiful and Clean. We had everything we needed. Pool was steps away from our patio. The location was close to Everything but far enough away from the Main drag so not congested, So Many Fun things to do!

Wonderful Getaway

This was our first time visiting Panama City, but definitely won’t be the last. From the beautiful beaches to the wonderful accommodations. We came to town for a baseball tournament and a majority of our team stayed in this resort. There were so many things for the boys to do together.. Putt putt, pickle ball, golf cart rides and swimming just to name a few. We loved how clean everything was and how close to everything it was! we look forward to our next visit!!

Pro-very clean, comfortable beds, nice location, easy check in. Cons-ice maker broken, leaks in both upstairs bathrooms down to 1st floor, freakish amount of reminders to not stain the towels, washrags and bedsheets.

Yes, no icemaker for the freezer. Plumber did stop by yesterday no issues with either bathrooms. We just didn't want to disturb your stay going and cutting a ceiling. So, sorry if the tiny spots on the ceiling hindered your stay with us. Yes ma'am, we try to remind guests about the linen. That way guests are made aware. We hope everyone enjoyed PCB. Have a wonderful rest of your summer. Take care.

The apartment was bright & cheery! The back patio had comfortable furniture with an umbrella. The complex was quiet & staff were friendly. The place is a quick 5 minute drive to the beach! The complex had 2 water main breaks while we were there. The water had to be turned off but was resolved quickly! Property management notified us immediately. If you stay here, be prepared to buy ice as the ice maker works intermittently! Management stated it has been fixed several times & owner has opted not to fix it anymore. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Forgot to mention that the beds are extremely comfortable, in my opinion!!

It was nice and in a great area. Close enough to great restaurants and stores that we didnt spend our trip just driving around. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all, less than 10 minutes plus our own private entrance. The resort itself was clean too. Only problem i had was connecting to wifi but I quickly contacted and within 5 minutes the problem was solved. Would definitely stay here again.
