🏡 Enjoy the Sand Dollar Villa, a beachy, sun-drenched beauty: spotless, ground floor, flat-entry with a new comfortable couch, two recliners and large smart TV.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a Keurig duo coffee maker, crock pot, and all the appliances, utensils and dishware needed for meals and snacks. We have a new dining table for six and bar seating for three more.

🛏️ The Sand Dollar Villa sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably:

* Primary Suite: Luxurious King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan, and clothing storage; an ensuite bathroom features a separate vanity area, large closet, and walk in tiled shower.
* Guest Bedroom: One Queen bed and one Full bed with a smart TV, ceiling fan, and clothing storage plus direct access to the updated guest bathroom that has a tile surround tub/shower combo.
* Living Area: Brand-new Queen memory-foam sleeper sofa

⛳️ Step outside to our double, covered patio to relax in Adirondack rockers or swivel bar stools while overlooking the lush green space of the 9th hole and a tranquil turtle pond.

Sand Dollar Villa #504 is one of the best-located units on the property:

🏖️ Just a 5-7 min easy walk via the resort's pedestrian bridge that leads directly to the white sand beach, restaurant, the famous 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool and poolside bars, kids splash pad, and more.

💦 A pool maintained at 84°F year round is located right near the villa.

If you're in town for an event at the Edgewater Convention Center, you'll love the quick and easy access as we are just about 50 yards away.

🚗 You'll be able to park right by our front door and use keyless entry to start your vacation the moment you arrive. No stairs or slow elevators to bother with each time you come and go.

✅ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

The condo is beautiful, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Immaculate and pleasant decor. Proximity to the walkway to the beach and lagoon pool very convenient. And golf right outside your door!

Amazing Stay

Meghan was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with! She was excellent with all her communication. Her place was exactly as pictured and she has thought of every detail a person would need while there. She really made it feel like home and I would definitely return!

Great Villa!

We stayed at the Sand Dollar Villa for a few nights in August. The villa was absolutely perfect! Very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient to the pedestrian bridge and appointed with all the conveniences you should need. We will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB.

Great Stay

Again we had a wonderful January and February. The condo is updated with granite countertops and the two bathrooms are also updated. We love sitting and watching the golfers go by.

Family Vacation!

Everything was perfect, definitely recommend. Condo/resort was on point. On-site restaurant was excellent. Felt safe enough to give our tweens some independence around the resort and the pool. Loved it here and would absolutely book at the Sand Dollar Villa again! Our new home away from home…

Another fabulous stay at Villa 504

Our seventh or eighth stay at this beautiful villa! This trip was very special as our grown kids and significant others were able to spend some time with us. We enjoyed returning to some favorite spots as well as trying new places. Megan makes it so easy by reading through her book of recommendations. Having the ground floor villa right next to the pedestrian bridge is so convenient. Our absolute favorite place ❤️

Condo had everything we needed! Megan was awesome. We loved the heated pool that was just steps from the condo and also loved the short walk over the walkway to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

PERFECT!

Our best VRBO experience to date! Megan made our stay PERFECT in every way. She stayed in touch with us throughout to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and hassle free. Wonderful condo

Great updated condo in a wonderful golf community. The updated kitchen and baths were a big plus. Plus having the Keurig coffee maker already there was a bonus. We spent the money for the monthly golf and enjoyed at least twice a week golf. The activities are good. Water aerobics (in a heated pool) kept us moving. I would book this condo again.

Thanks for reviewing our property. I'm sorry Mother Nature didn't adhere to my request to deliver warm temps. :( March is definitely hit and miss when it comes to temps at the beach, but I hope you were able to enjoy the heated pool we chatted about and make great memories on the trip!

Fantastic Beach Condo – Perfect Location and Comfort

I recently stayed at this beach condo and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — it was just a very short walk to both the beach and the convention center, which made everything super easy whether I was headed out for meetings or just looking to relax by the ocean. There was even a transit service offered that made the short walk to the beach even quicker, which was a great bonus. The condo itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It had some really nice updates that made the space feel modern, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was clean and well-appointed, and it had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. Plus, it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment, so there was always something to do nearby. I didn’t need to drive much, which made the trip feel even more like a true getaway. Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of location, convenience, and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again!

💦 There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or the beachfront lagoon pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are Chairs or poolside Cabanas available to rent. The kids splash pad and two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders Bar or Shakers Bar.

🎶 Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

⛳ The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a pro-shop, plus fitness center. all amenities are included with your stay except for golf.

🪂 Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and watersports like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
