Great Location

Great location, property is very well kept. House inside was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. The beds are comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and quiet

Nice Pompano Beach Property

Pool deck and waterfront location were great for family fun with kids. House was very clean but more dated than online pictures represent, and not on par with other vacation homes we’ve rented at similar rates. But overall a nice stay.

Very nice property

Communication was on point from the pm from the time I booked until I checked out. There was a small hiccup with some insects, but a company came while we were there and took care of the issue. Overall the property was very nice. Very comfortable, great heated pool, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and the local stores. Honestly, we really couldn't have asked for a better location even with the small issue. Highly recommended! Property manager was extremely helpful which made this property an extra star for me.

Wonderful place

The rental was just as advertised. We loved the pool and patio and being on the inland waters. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to golf, restaurants and the boardwalk/pier. We got very comfortable by the end of our stay. Rental was very well stocked with everything you need.

Property was perfect for our needs; close to beach; a pool and nice place to relax on a canal with neighborhoods you can take walks in. Liked kayaking as well. Owner was very responsive.

Nice home good location

Overall we had a great stay here quiet neighborhood with good proximity to stores, restaurants, pompano beach. the house was nice well stocked with essentials Our only issue was the was not sufficient lighting in dining area to to use after dark. The back yard was nice with the pool area and there are 2 screened in patio areas which you need after dark one has a nice grill and the other has a nice seating area.

Lovely house w private pool

The house was perfect for two of us. The outdoors is lovely, with a heated private pool, lounge chairs and a table and chairs that were perfect to do work. We didn't have a car, so we Instacarted groceries our first night and ate in a lot, which suited us. Restaurants are easy to Lyft to, and a liquor store/Publix and 7/11 are 20-min walks from the house. (In opposite directions.) Lars was an excellent host. We understood everything before we arrived, and there were no surprises.We would definitely return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to just relax which is why we booked this property, Well looked after and great to have all the little things provided for you just like in a hotel,Only problem same as most older Florida properties, air conditioning motor banging away next to the bedrooms.

Great home nice neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is very easy to find by car and boat . House is nicely furnished and modern with plenty of parking. The beds slept great. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool is amazing even in January. The dockage was nice for our 35’ center console. We were looking for competing last minute and glad to have found this. We rent thru irenta lots and my husband and I agree if it’s one of their houses it’s gonna be what we like!

Although the property was decent, there were definitely some issues. It appears that the porch was partially enclosed to make the 2nd bathroom. The problem with that is that although it has some a/c it is still a hot area. The bedrooms are also hot. There is a mini split in the living room to supplement the hvac but it is not enough to cool down the home in our opinion. We keep our a/c on 70-72 at home to be comfortable. We were not super uncomfortable with the temperature but we were definitely warm at certain times of the day including nighttime when trying to sleep. The owners (I'm assuming) cars and small camper is in the driveway although there is still parking for tenants. Any large trailers or multiple vehicles may be met with challenges. The master closet was half full of owners belongings, taking up room for our things. Overall it was clean and fairly well maintained but I would look elsewhere if I came back to town.

Nice property and location but expected more for the price!

First I will start with the good, the place was nice and the pool and canal was beautiful!!! Unfortunately we did find a cockroach on our first day here, I messaged Sean and he was very quick to respond and send a bug guy out who was very nice and sprayed he did warn us that we would be seeing dead cockroaches around and we definitely did on multiple occasions have to deal with dead or dying cockroaches in the kitchen or outdoor room, and even though the house is said to be serviced by pest control monthly the bug guy informed us the house had not been serviced since 2018, for how much I was paying for the place I definitely expected more.

Just what we needed!

Garden Isle is a lovely property. The pool area was our favorite area. The saltwater pool is just warm enough for a swim anytime of day. Having a screened outdoor room was a perfect place on the 2 rainy days we had. The master bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. Dish towels would have been nice. We were given only 1 roll of paper towels and had to buy more. We also had to buy dish washing detergent as we were given 2 days supply. We stayed 7. As for cooking, there is a good supply of pots, pans, dishes, etc. There are no cooing supplies or spices other than salt and pepper. There was a problem with finding the property. Google has the location wrong and the owners should update it. Google takes you to an empty house a block away. When we arrived in the evening, we were completely confused when the house was empty, but we were lucky that a neighbor across the street was outside and directed us to our rental. There is construction at the end of the street and this may confuse Google maps....who knows. But, it should be addressed. All-in-all, our stay was wonderful and just what we needed.
