The condo was beautiful. It was very spacious and had plenty of room. The refrigerator took up to 72 hours to produce ice (there were no ice trays), and the carpet in one of the bedrooms was soaked at the entrance and smelled. The problem I had was with the property manager. We stayed for 7 days. 4 of those days there was very loud construction going on - on our floor and above us. When contacted, the property manager said there should be no construction going on. When I told them there was, they pushed it off onto the condo above us and if that was where it was they couldn't do anything about it. When I told him it was the whole resort he said they were not told about any construction. I informed him that I spoke to the resort and the HOA had contacted all owners to inform them. After that, he just stopped communicating with me. I was upset because we had booked a different condo at a different resort, but when the owner informed me that there would be construction going on, I had cancelled that condo because I didn't want to be there with the construction. And then this happened. Like I said, the condo was beautiful, but I won't be staying at any more condos managed by ECDI.
