***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT***

16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.

The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.

The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.

The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.
Beach Chairs included (March-October)
Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Clean and modern unit with a beautiful beachfront view. The location was not busy and was perfect for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was communicated prior to our arrival and was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was more than expected. All kitchen appliances were high end. The Balcony furniture is new and far better than the pictures. The only negative is, the description said the third bathroom has been updated to a tiled walk in shower. It was not but it was still ok. I would definitely rent this condo again.

We stayed here the last week of July and had a fantastic time with our kids and their friends! The condo had everything we needed and we loved having great views from two of the bedrooms and living room. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful condo

The check-in information was provided ahead of time so we were able to make all of our plans and provide information to everyone I. Our party in advance. Condo was as described, the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner but I’ve come to expect this being at the beach. That sand is pesky and hard to manage. Our biggest complaint (which I spoke to someone about and they said they’d speak with staff promptly) was no bathmats or non slip mats in the bathrooms. The floors and showers are so slick when they’re wet, my grandfather actually had a pretty rough fall the first night thankfully he was okay outside of a nasty cut and some bruising/soreness. Other than that it was a great stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook each day when we needed to. You are allowed 2 cars in the main lot but the parking fee is per car so it came out to 100 for both our cars. We all enjoyed our week stay down there, the elevator was quick, security was super friendly and very helpful when we had an issue. I highly recommend this condo as well as this Host they were quick to respond to any questions we have had and listen to suggestions as well!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay this year at Watercrest. It was our first time there and we liked the tiki bar and the walkway out to the beach chairs. We did not like the elevators going out multiple times-we were on the 16th floor. And it’s directly beside a public access so it was really crowded on the beach every day. The unit we were in was updated but could use a deep clean.

The condo was really nice. We had to buy a dust pan and a mop to clean the floors better when we arrived but we really loved it. Could use some paint on the walls and minor details touched up but I’d stay again for sure

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed in this unit for 7 nights in June 2025. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 children). It was well stocked with cook wear, storage dishes - actually everything we needed throughout the unit. It was clean with modern appliances. We love this unit and can't wait to return. The pool deck was not overcrowded like some places we've stayed and we loved the large parking lot.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the check-in time, but were checked in two hours later. We stood in the hallway with small children for two hours. We were promised a refund for the parking fee for this incident. No one returned the money. I have photos of the cockroaches in our room.

Don't rent from this owner - unit has roaches and they don't rollow through

We have been staying at the Watercrest for over 20 years. We rented two condos for this vacation from 2 different owners. We found roaches soon after we arrived. I notified the owner through the app. They responded on Tuesday and said the building should take care of spraying but they would sent someone to spray. they did not. The roaches increased more and more every day. Over the trip we found 25-30 at least. In the kitchen - on the stovetop, sink and around the baseboards.They were in the master bedroom as well. The host would not respond to my messages on the app, I tried calling the phone number they supplied and left messages. No response. I sent an email explaining that I had to go out and buy my own bug spray and daily try to keep up with what new place the bugs were coming from. No one wants to cook in a roach infested kitchen so we had to eat out costing more money than cooking in. Finally 3 days later they respond and say that they had sprayed before we came but they would work with me on compensation. I asked for a 20% reduction which I thought was fair. No response again. I have tried multiple times to contact them again, but they have not returned my emails. I hate to leave a negative review but I don't want others to have a ruined vacation as we did. Do not rent from this company. The unit itself is fine, but the management is awful. I also reported the roach problem to the building office eventhough we did not rent from them hoping to stop it.

Great Stay!

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It is located right on the beach, and really accessible to all that PCB has to offer. Everything about this place was top tier. My family and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Wedding Weekend

My daughter got married in PCB and we stayed at Watercrest. We chose this condo because of the room it had for everyone. The view was perfect and the building is well maintained. This condo was a standout! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We will definitely pick Watercrest again!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest 1604 this year. The view from the 16th floor was amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 throughout the condo. We are looking forward to another family trip to PCB next fall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. The views were emasculate! You really need to advertise that you can SEE THE SUNSET FROM YOUR BEDROOM! In Destin we traveled somewhere each night to see the sunset but here I laid in the bed and viewed the beauty!!! Wow It’s also a quieter part of PCB which we loved and no crowds!! My only suggestion would be to get a better mop/vacuum. The vacuum shoots the sand back out and the mop was filthy so the floors stayed pretty sandy. It was spacious and beautiful and fit us 6 well. Thank you
