THE SPACE
Every element in this 3,100 SF two-story home with radiant heated floors and outdoor living space has been executed to perfection. Set against a panoramic backdrop of endless mountain views in the popular ski area of north Flagstaff, the showstopper at this stunning house is the amazing view that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. Floor to ceiling windows in the main social areas beautifully showcase vistas of the area’s rugged mountains, and every corner of the residence has been expertly styled with a refined modern flair to provide a getaway experience like no other.

A gorgeous kitchen anchors one end of the main living area and features stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, waterfall island with bar seating, and a deluxe housewares & small appliances package. In the middle, the dining area makes a statement with a custom live-edge wood table for 10, designer lighting, and sightlines to the outdoors. When not spending time at this wonderful home, the base entry road to Snowbowl ski resort is only 1.2 miles away, and the property is on the opposite side of traffic which makes accessing the ski resort so easy! Endless hiking and mountain biking trails are within close proximity, downtown Flagstaff is just 8 miles from the home, Sedona is only 37 miles, and in 67 minutes you can be at the Grand Canyon.
